Not your stereotype car dealer-but how all should be
No pressure from a John Randazzo just a normal conversation with out any fake cliche's about buying this particular car or him trying to up-sale you more expensive one.I had a traverse in my mind and got a short video about that car from John,Felt like he took his time to so i can make better decision. Everything about that dealership was calm and i liked it,So if anyone is looking for nice and normal experience go there and ask for John.Weather you buy it or not you will not walk out tired and upset or your intelligence insulted.

Fixing a paint problem on my 2017 GMC Canyon
Brought my 2017 GMC Canyon in for a paint issue. Shelby Parker, my service advisor, provided me with options to get the paint corrected. The service was courteous, quickly addressed and when I picked up the truck it looked great. Mark Lang

I appreciate the kindness, integrity and honesty I always experience at Lou Fusz. Jason Molina was VERY patient as I searched and researched the different cars available. I appreciate his great attitude! Anyone else probably would have given up on me and kicked me out the door, but he didn't. He went above and beyond the call of duty. Great Experience with Brittany Wynn
Brittany Wynn is awesome. I found her profile in the website and gave her a call. She was available when it was convenient for me. She was so patient throughout the process and I felt no pressure to make a purchase I didn’t want. To say she goes the extra mile is an understatement. I had trouble with internal electrical system on my Buick and Brittany came to wait with me for the tow truck ON HER DAY OFF!

Jason Molina was prompt with replies and information. He was centered on me as a customer and made sure I understood the vehicle. He didn’t make me wait! When the offer required the sales manager, he went straight there and came back quickly with an answer. Kasie Gray was friendly and thorough with financing. she explained the finances thoroughly, and there were no surprises.
