Exceptional experience at Lou Fusz
I had the opportunity to get Gus Loftis as my sales professional and Dave Hoeflinger for the financing portion. Both individuals were very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I particularly liked Gus. When we first met I told him that I had already been to 3 other dealerships looking for a new truck, with no satisfaction. After about 10 minutes I felt very comfortable with his no BS kind of sales. I told him what I was looking for, he showed me a couple of trucks and I purchased a 2016 Sierra. Excellent Customer Service
I had the opportunity to work with Gus Loftis on the lease of my new Encore. He made picking out a new car stress free, he is very knowledgeable and honest. Only showed me what I was interested in. I will recommend him to everyone looking for a new car. Before I left, he took the time to explain everything on the inside of the vehicle. That was above and beyond.

Sales and service top notch
I had a long and personal/professional sales relationship with Scott Brotherton. He kept me informed with my vehicles status during the initial ordering process through the completion at delivery. His assistance with addition accessories for my vehicle was also quite helpful, and continues to be. I would and will refer Scott Brotherton to all, looking for a straight shooting and committed sales person to handle their next purchase at Lou Fusz GMC. He has gone out of way to provide an excellent buying experience. I would also like to thank Larry Buschhorn for his participation with my vehicle purchase. Calvin Stark was also quite informative and helpful with my financing and coverage option needs. Very Helpful!!
I'm cool again!!! I took my car in this week for some general maintenance & because my A/C was not working! I thankfully have cool air again! I also wanted to compliment my Service Advisor Thomas Childress. I have worked with Thomas several times now & appreciate his honesty & explaining things to me. Unfortunately, in the last year I've had several needed repairs that have been expensive. Thomas has helped me prioritize what should be addressed first to not cause more issues. I have had multiple bad experiences with other dealers, so appreciate his honesty & helpfulness!

Great experience
Yesterday I purchased a car from Lou Fusz Buick. It was an awesome experience. I was assisted be John Randazzo. He was great! He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Phenomenal customer service, not only from John, but the entire staff. It's been 7 years since I purchased a new car but John was more than willing to give me a "new technology" 101 tutorial on my vehicle. I appreciate great people with a great positive attitude!

Amazing customer service!
Christine initially reached out to me and told me to come in to her location to view some cars but I went to Lou Fusz Metroeast and had a bad experience. Christine continued to follow up and I told her what happen, she was very concerned but still didn't pressure me to come her location which made me want to go and visit. Angela gave me a call and reassured me that this time around would be better. I felt extremely comfortable and came to their office. When I arrived Angela introduced me to Brittany. Brittany was amazing. Unlike the other location she listened to my wants and desires to be able to get me a car I need and like. Due to my very challenged credit I was skeptical that I would be able to get anything which is why I planned on doing the buy here pay here but Brittany saw bigger things then I did. She and the finance department was able to get me a new 2016 Buick Verano with no money down. This experience was amazing! Truly a blessing!!!! Best dealership ever!!!! I appreciate all the teamwork there!

An Excellent Car Buying Experience
Buying my new 2016 Terrain from Darrel Hazlett was an excellent car buying experience. I walked in, told him what I wanted, he showed it to me, and a couple other options. I never felt pressured like I have felt in the past while buying cars. Darrel was very knowledgeable and attentive. I ended up buying exactly what I wanted. I will definitely recommend others to visit Darrel to buy their next car.
