Salesmen at Lou Fusz GMC are GREAT!

Very accomodating to my needs and want I wanted in a truck for hauling my 5th wheel RV. They were not 'pushy' and met the price we wanted to pay. Bottom line - we got what we wanted at a price we expected to pay.

I have been a customer for about 10 years now, I have purchased 3 cars from this dealership, and each encounter has been memorable. every thing went fine , but they forgot my comp car wash, its probably going to rain anyway I still think yoyr service is great !

Great service, efficient, knowledgable technicians

Great customer service. Took care of everything... I have always Been impressed with the professionalism of the staff. I have been equally impressed by Stefanie who has done service on my vehicle a few times. She is knowledgeable and really knows her stuff! She is an asset to the company! All the team members have shown respect for my needs when I come in for a service issue. I would happily refer a friend to to Lou Fusz... First class operation!

Easy to deal with

John was knowledgable and informative. It had been ten years since we have purchased a new vehicle and we were not looking forward to it. John made the process very easy on us which is why we would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle.

I have always loved Lou Fusz and put great trust in them servicing my vehicles. On the last visit, general maintenance was done and we needed new brake pads which was done. After I paid, picked up car and started to drive, noticed that my foot went practically to the floor. I thought perhaps it was cold so drove across the street to QT, turned around and came back, it was 5:10. I was helped by Jason Walters and this is when it got bad. He asked if I was going to leave the car with him when it had been there all day and I just picked it up. I explained it had been there all day and the brakes were not working. He explained that he had no one to work on the car as it closes at 6:00 pm. I again stated the car had been there all day, brakes were replace and now the brakes were not working. At this point he remarked, "we can go around in a circle like this all night." I walked to the passenger side of the car and called my husband to come back and get me and a service ticket was written up by Jason. At the end I remarked to him that I was not replying to him any further as he had told me that we could go around like this all night. The next morning, I called and left a message for Herman to see if he could help with the car as I did not want any further dealings with Jason. Herman returned my call and was very understanding and took over the case. It turned out that there was a cylinder that was broken and repaired at no cost to me. I appreciate this and will continue to bring my vehicles to Lou Fusz. Herman should be commended.
