After driving my car for over six years she finally decided to give out and I can honestly say I was sad to see her go. After looking at multiple car dealerships throughout the fox valley and being treated with "sub-par" at best customer service I finally pulled into Tri City Auto and was met with not only kindness and above and beyond expertise, but with understanding. The man who helped me knew that after having a car for so long that buying a new car to replace it was not an easy thing to do. Not only was the entire process fast and easy but they found me a car just based off of what I told them I loved and hated about my previous one. The car was in great shape runs beautifully and they gave me the car fax before I even asked!! If you don't get your car from Tri City Auto I feel bad for you son I got 99 problems but a new car's not one! Thanks again!

I had done extensive research in looking for a van to replace my current vehicle. My husband and I shopped around and found Tri City to not only have the best deal, but also have the best service. When it comes to car shopping we loath the wheeler /dealer and the whole process that comes with it, however with Mike and Tri City we received great down to earth service and skipped the rest! It was fast, easy and dare I say pleasurable..... We wont buy anywhere else.

I bought a car last summer from Tri-City Auto Sales and the experience was nothing short of excellent! I was in need of car pretty urgently since my vehicle at the time needed repairs. This was my first time buying a car and Mike was extremely helpful and genuine with guiding me through the process. He took my trade in car at a very fair price and even met me halfway to make the sale since I wasn't comfortable driving my vehicle the 2 hours to Appleton from MKE. I went from driving an automatic to a manual with very little experience but Mike very graciously took time to teach me the basics in the parking lot before I made the drive home! Tri-City treats you like family and that's a rare thing to find anymore. I highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a mechanically sound, excellent condition used vehicle. I'm very happy with my 2003 Ford Focus wagon I bought at Tri City. They priced it very close to BlueBook price, and gave me a fair price for my old truck. I've had it for one month now and no problems whatsoever. The car is 11 years old but looks brand new. It starts good, runs good, has plenty of power, has good traction in snow. I would definitely recommend Tri City to anyone looking for a car.

I had an amazing experience with Tri City Auto Sales..especially Mike. I called Mike on the phone and asked about there Beetle and Mike was so wonderful and took the time on the phone to answer all my questions that I had. After hearing everything Mike had to say about the vehicle...I just had to have it. There was a bit of a problem though...I lived in Michigan and the only way over was on a fairy that came into Manitowoc. Mike was so gracious that he brought the car to Manitowoc to meet me at the fairy place. I've never had a car experience like this ever!!! Thank you very much Mike!!
