I needed to purchase a used car unexpectedly and quickly. Buying a used car is stressful to begin with but thankfully I happened upon Tri City Auto Sales. Ive bought about 6 different cars from different dealers in the past and this was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Joe was very patient and helpful, and there was no pressure. I feel extremely confident that I bought a quality vehicle for a good price. Tri City is a smaller car dealer with a small building that isn't fancy but don't let that fool you, its an A dealer (I don't want to pay extra on my car for a fancy showroom like some other dealer in the area anyway). I'm not sure exactly how long they have been there but it's been long time; I grew up in the area, they wouldn't be able to stay in business selling crap used cars. Thank You

We bought a 2008 Toyota Prius Touring. We were desperate to get a vehicle that could fit our family of four comfortably, be a reliable vehicle for our newest needs and save us some pain at the pump and a payment we could afford (we had not had a car payment in 8 years and were leery of what and where to buy). We shopped around and found nothing but pushy salesmen trying to get us to buy something we didn't want at a price we didn't want to afford. After going back to the drawing board, we stumbled upon Tri-City Auto in Menasha with a car we were interested in. After calling and speaking with Mike (Co-owner) about our situation and what we were looking for, we set an appointment to se the car. We were thrilled, loved their honest approach, no pushing us into trying other more expensive cars, let us drive it and take our time looking it over. They followed up by stating they would take good care of any and all service needs at a fantastic price, and they repaired the few things that didn't work at no cost, after we bought the car. These guys are family men out doing a great service to our community, by finding quality cars and selling them to us at affordable prices. They were even kind with the pricing on our trade in. Love my 2004 Toyota Corolla. The service there was amazing. Mike went above and beyond to help me. He let me have the vehicle checked out by a personal mechanic. Was very patient and not pushy in letting me make my decision. Thanks and I highly recommend these guys to everyone.
