Absolute worst new car buying experience I have ever had!

Absolute worst new car buying experience I have ever had! The sales team was not very knowledgeable about the offers, promotions, and rebates available for the vehicle I purchased. Since the purchase, I have been trying to rectify an issue I had with the federal electric vehicle rebate program. It has now been 5 months since I purchased the vehicle and the team at All Star has yet to fix the issue. They are also very poor communicators and difficult to get a hold of. Don't get me started on the service department. Avoid All Star DCJR at all costs! Do not give them your money or time, they will waste it!

We were hit on I-70 and needed piece of mind that our DODGE RAM was trip worthy. GARIN was very courteous and knowledgeable and ran appropriate tests to allow us to make a decision on continuing our trip. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

I was very upset because my appointment was canceled

I was very upset because my appointment was canceled because of the weather. I was upset because I kept getting notifications and reminders of the appointment as recently as the day it was canceled because of weather. I called and talked to Karla Wright and she was absolutely wonderful. She turned me around, and I am very pleased with Her solving the issue!

The service was great.

The service was great. Meagan did a great job from start to finish. My only complaint was that I dropped it off at 8:00 and by the time they worked on it and got approval from the warranty company to replace the thermostat I was told it would be ready after 4:30. It was ready around 5:30. Still very happy plus I got to use some of my free dollars.

Absolutely love All Star!

Absolutely love All Star! They give amazing trade in value and have amazing customer service! I’ve bought my last 2 jeeps from them and both times they made the car buying process super easy! Can’t say enough good things.

We have many car repair/oil change shops to chose from, but All Star knows my car and they know me and my wife. Their Friendly service and their expertise on my vehicle is why we choose All Star. the service adviser knows whats best for me and my car.
