3weeks in the shop, misdiagnosis, revolving advisors and technicians… $6k and did not bother to check air pressure or fix start/stop issue Incompetence , disinterest , poor communication… blamed on me

Excellent service every time. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else to get looked at or repaired. I’ve been going here for over 10 years and have never had anything less than 5 star service!

Absolutely horrible they have had my car for 2 weeks,
Absolutely horrible they have had my car for 2 weeks, they said that they knew the problem and that to fix my car it will be a specific repair, so i paid the $2k+ after I got my car back it did the exact same thing ( that day!!!) So i had to get it towed back and now magically they want an additional $1650 out of me....i know a scam when i see one.

Roy I am sorry you had that experience. We did repair a failed component that had been improperly repaired. The part more than likely caused the concern you are currently experiencing.

The sales staff was knowledgeable and friendly, the finance people are extremely helpful and knew exactly what I needed to have and how to make that happen within my budget. I will buy all my future vehicles from this location. I'm very pleased with my experience.

I needed a emissions test and some mudflaps installed and some also repaired and I’m very happy with all the work that was done. This was good quality, quick and efficient work done, I’ll always have all my automotive work done here.

I’ve have been using Allstar’s service department for 10 years or more and they always keep me happy. Very thorough and priced right. On this visit I had the oil change done and also manual transmission service done all in under 2 hours.

New Fob
I got there at 9am and left a little after 10:35. I was treated great. I had to get a new fob and it cost me $329.00 for a new one, seems a bit high to me.
