They were very good about communicating with me.

They were very good about communicating with me. We spent way too much time waiting around the dealership and was asked to return after purchase on which details were overlooked. Frustrating and little respect for our time.

Daniel is a nice guy but my truck was there for 7

Daniel is a nice guy but my truck was there for 7 business days, I called three times to get updates on 3 different days and had to leave messages which were not returned until the 3rd time in which I was not able to answer and whoever called left me no message. That was a little frustrating. We are happy with the service that was done on the truck but would have liked to have been updated at least every couple of days (since they had it for 7 business days!). Thank you.

My entire experience was awesome.

My entire experience was awesome. As an out of state buyer I was treated as a long time neighbor. John Kiesel (my sales rep) was extremely professional and helpful. John gave me exactly what I needed to find out, all was over the phone. Thank you Jessica for helping my friend look the car over and handled any concerns I had. John picked me up at the airport and then we did the final ride to see that everything that John had mentioned was exactly as is. John handled 95% of the paperwork prior so we had very little to complete. Jeff, in the finance department made the closing of the sale very smooth. The entire staff was as friendly and helpful as I was in the building. I highly recommend John Kiesel and the Dellen dealership. Thank you.

I went in last time and they did a tire rotation and oil

I went in last time and they did a tire rotation and oil change. I drove home and the next morning my front left tire fell off my vehicle while i was driving. the dealer fixed the vehicle at their expense. Then When i went in for my next routine oil change and tire rotation they changed the oil but refused any other services. Now if i want my tires rotated, i must go somewhere else I was told i can never have my wheels and tires touched at this location. So, what i gathered was, they messed up and if i was going at a high rate of speed could have endangered my life and the lives of my family.. but I am a loyal customer but they refused my next request because they messed up. They also did not tell me this until i was in for the service. They mess up and penalize me. Dellen has a unique sense of loyalty to clients. It sucks beause my wife is in need of a car and she likes the grand wagoneer. Guess i will be going to another dealer. These guys are uniquely geared to not serve the client or capable of doing tire rotations.. Sad really. Specifically Chad Burgess refused me but never came out to talk to me as to WHY I am refused when his team was at fault and he admitted fault and paid for my repair. Weird.
