Lisa Rigney - Service Manager is the BEST:)

Scheduled a service check-up online. Service Manager Lisa Rigney wrote up requested services, educating me on a few things car needed based on mileage - was not pushy, chose to have services requested, coupon honored, highly recommend.

How many visits does it take to get a new car?

First visit: test drive, decided to purchase. Dealer is looking for the model I want Second visit: 3 hours to get the paperwork done (rookie finance guy, didn't appear to care at all what he was doing, didn't even spell my name right). Third visit: Pick up the new car and it wasn't ready (being detailed, will be ready in 45 minutes). One hour later, still not ready (first detail job wasn't done good enough, salesman sent it back - uh huh). Car was finally ready, salesman scrambling to get temp plate and all paperwork. I removed a lot of factory no-scratch stickers from the interior while waiting. If this was the final detail, I shudder to think what the first attempt looked like. Fourth visit: I don't have an account number to make first payment to. Was told the finance paperwork was wrong and had to be redone. I'll get the account number to you ASAP. Fifth visit: Well, guess what? The figures in the paperwork are still wrong and I need to sign everything AGAIN. I'll get the account number to you ASAP. Waited a week, called to get the number - I'm waiting for Hyundai finance to open so I can get it. I'm not coming in again, email the info to me, which finally did - HOPE IT'S THE RIGHT ONE. Bottom line: I love the car, it's fun to drive, etc. The staff at the New Hudson location needs to really polish their act. The lines of bull and "I was just about to call you" do not work - try telling the truth or just doing your job right the first time. I would not buy a bicycle from these clowns.

Everything was fantastic. The salesman and financing were very helpful and everything went very smoothly. I ended up buying a new Trax and I love it.

Great experience

Great experience compared to other places I’ve been! Great people to work with! Steve is extremely knowledgeable! He was direct, fair and his efforts went into finding me something I’d enjoy owning and within my (limited)! budget.

Great Customer Service

They went out of their way to help make sure the car was repaired correctly and delivering my car back to me very conveniently. They were very friendly throughout the process.

Steven LaPlante Sales man

Steve was great, feel like I've known him forever, he worked very hard to get us into a G 70, we are very pleased with the entire staff, very friendly, no high pressure, I would highly recommend you to go to this dealership.

Amazing car buying experience

Really good experience buying a car from Steve. No hassels, no hoops, upfront quoting, I couldn't be happier. If you have had a bad experience from other dealerships then I highly recommend you giving these people a try. I'm really impressed.

Lance is a true professional. He knows more about these cars than ill bet Hyundai or Genesis themselves do. He's Not pushy at all and he explains every option like you wouldn't believe. I love my Genesis G80 sport. What an amazing machine. Ill tell you if you want to know the product and get amazing service get in touch with lance. He will give a Lancetastic experience.

Absolutely amazing!!

My experience was amazing!! Lauren was by far the most polite and helpful person I have ever dealt with when dealing with a dealership. I went in upset about my car and came out smiling and completely happy and satisfied.
