Made an appointment to look at a truck, confirmed via text. Took off work early to drive 45 minutes to dealer to find it was "just sold". When confronted as to how this could happen, staff did not seem to care. Huge waste of time. Would not recommend.

We bought a used vehicle from Hayford in Dec 2020. We had nothing but trouble with it from the time we purchased it. Hayford replaced the motor with a rebuilt engine. After installing the engine the oil light kept coming on. They claimed it was the oil sensor. Three different sensors were installed. After each one was installed the oil light came on. We felt there had to be a reason why the sensors weren’t working. Hayford had no explanation and didn’t seem to want to look into it any further. After three months of frustration and added expense, we accepted their offer to buy the vehicle back. We will not be doing business with Hayford nor will we recommend them to anyone.

Misled me regarding in stock vehicle.
Contacted me twice regarding a used vehicle. Vehicle was sold before the first contact I had with them. I made the trip to the dealership before I was informed that the vehicle had sold the previous day. Do dealers still believe they can sell you something you have no interest in if they can just get you through the door. Complete waste of my time. They could have contacted me any time before my scheduled appointment.

Stood Behind Used Vehicle
I purchased a 2011 F250 from Hayford about a year ago. There have been no issues with the vehicle until three days before my wife was driving this vehicle across the country. Being a diesel I was not able to find an appointment sooner than two weeks at any dealerships close to my house. When I called everyone was very pleasant however Cory Kyllonen in the service department and Jim Finn in the Finance Department Knocked this out of the park. With now only two days left they not only were able to fix my vehicle ahead of schedule for me they were very helpful along the way. Getting my wife into a loaner car and saving a trip to a horse show my daughter has been looking forward to for quite some time. Thanks Hayford Ford

Absolutely best car/truck experience EVER!! No better warranty anywhere! I have to say, I wasn't entirely on board to get a new Ford F-150 truck. My husband and I had different thoughts on cab, size box and extras. We shared our thoughts with our salesman, John Harris. He was incredibly helpful and so honest as to what makes most sense for us to order. He apprised us of rebates, etc and best way to go. John was totally invested in us getting what would be best.. He really knows his products and took time for all our questions. When our new truck arrived there was a little scratch in rear bumper. Hayford Ford made sure we were happy with taking care of it. The 7 year 100,00 mile warranty was beyond anything we found at other dealerships we checked out. Their maintenance department quality and efficiency is also beyond expectations! We are so pleased with every detail of our 2018 Ford F 150. Super comfortable ride! We HIGHLY recommend Hayford, and salesman John Harris!
