Forgot in first review.

Forgot in first review. My 4th lease was also a Walser only it was a Hyundai Tucson. They may try to shift the blame to the manufacturer but it’s all on Walser . Avoid them.

Consumer response

3 previous leases for 3 years each. No “disposal fee”. This time I get a different car from the same dealer . So close could be hit it with 3 iron and they charge $395. 00. This is really bad. It’s all Walser ! They didn’t need to do it. Or a least some consideration would be reasonable.

I have been bringing my vehicle in for service since

I have been bringing my vehicle in for service since 2016. Always great service. However, one thing I don’t like are these surveys and the phone calls to do the surveys. Maybe having a survey at the dealer to fill out would be better?
