Tyler Miller Customer Service skills is second to none! We drove from Richmond VA to Charlotte to purchase a used car from Felis Sabates Ford. Tyler made sure to go over the Carfax which is something I have never seen from any Car dealership. The vehicle was ready when we got there and we went over the vehicle thoroughly together. We felt like it was much more than a buying experience, It was more like he would not be happy unless our buying experience with them was exceptional. Tyler Miller is the best salesman I’ve ever had dealings with. I would recommend that everyone ask for him by name. Honest and easy to talk to, he makes buying a car a pleasure. Most car salesmen (including some of his coworkers), try to talk fast and just get the sale. Sabates Ford Lincoln is so so much better than Performance Ford. Thought I was going to have to order parts, and come back. Mechanic checked it out, and found the problem, and was able to fix it there while I waited. So 45 minute turn around. Couldn't be happier.

They always work around my schedule and update you on your car by text. Been going there since I bought my car there in 2012.

Liza was an excellent service manager. She made sure she knew what I wanted done and was able to tell me how much the repairs would cost. She ordered a part so that the repairs could begin the next day. She was actively involved in coordinating all of the repairs and was very helpful. My tires will need to be replaced soon, so she gave me quotes on three different sets of tires. When she realized my car was under a customer care recall, she called me to explain what that entailed. I was very happy with my service experience.

I would highly recommend looking for you're next vehicle here. Came to test drive a vehicle and Mohammed made everything super easy to buy the vehicle and get me driving it home in a few hours.
