Ficken Ford

Dealer and service writer were great. Ford policy for catalytic converter replacement is a nightmare and appears to me to just extend time until warranty runs out.

TOP SERVICE WITH KOLTON AT xxxxEN

Lincoln Aviator owner from Arkansas. Visiting family. Experienced a failed EGR valve. The Eckler team did a superb job at fitting me in on short notice and sending me on my way like brand new. Great courtesy and service for a fish out of his own waters. Everyone in the building friendly, precessional, courteous. This US NAVY Captain can spot a top team when he runs into one. Thank you

Mark Ficken Ford Trip

Purchased my 2022 Explorer from Mark Ficken a year ago and I'm glad I did. The process was soooo simple. In less than 2 hours, the purchase was complete. I recently took my vehicle in for, service and Doug, my service guy, wad phenomenal. I was informed of the progress from beginning to end. He truly was Heaven sent cause I was totally confused. I will always trust my vehicle to Mark Ficken.
