Dealer and service writer were great. Ford policy for catalytic converter replacement is a nightmare and appears to me to just extend time until warranty runs out.

Purchased my 2022 Explorer from Mark Ficken a year ago and I'm glad I did. The process was soooo simple. In less than 2 hours, the purchase was complete.
