Concierge Level Service at FELIX SABATES FORD.

The sales staff of Alley Neyman and Vlad Berezovskiy and Finance Director Michael Gurley made my leasing experience for a new 2020 Ford vehicle a pleasure. I was attentively catered to in all aspects of my leasing experience. I highly recommend the dealership for their unequivocal understanding of my transportation needs and unique requirements and being able to meet them in a seamless transaction.

nice and friendly

The service adviser was very efficient and friendly.He did not pressure me and told me all the options and let me know the inspection was due so i dont have to come back again .

warranty

Purchased a very expensive warranty program, and found out it does not cover SAFETY equipment (seat belts). Also could not understand FORD putting a mileage expiration on safety equipment. What does 60,000 miles have to do with a seat belt in the second row, that was used very little failing. Some people put that kind of mileage on in less than a year, and it may have never been used. Ford does not regard it's customer well being very highly!!! I purchased this car because I had too, not because I wanted too, I am very sorry I did!

Being a car guy, it's hard for me to be comfortable working on my car. Happy to know that Felix Sabates Ford Lincoln has a skilled team of mechanics to take care of my car when i can't do it.

I take my vehicle there for all my service needs. They are always very friendly, professional, and always work hard to ensure your complete satisfaction! I bought my vehicle there about 13 months ago and used the Service department and most recently, their body shop due to someone backing up into it. All three areas... Sales, Service, and the Collision Center were/are fantastic! I highly recommend Felix Sabates Ford!

Great Experience

Mark made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in the show room. He always listened to us and never pressured us. I would recommend Mark Snuggs as your sales rep and Felix Sabates Lincoln.
