Buy elsewhere-Very poor service and communication!

Update: I finally got my hitch cover that was caked with mud and bugs in November!! Seriously had to wait 5 months for a used, dirty hitch cover after I turned a complaint into the Better Business Bureau. And still no update on my latch for my rear passenger door that won’t open-going on 7 months!! I bought a 2020 Lincoln Aviator on 6/21/22 with an extended warranty. The car was missing the hitch cover and, as part of the deal, was told one would be mailed to me. Not even one week after I got the car home, it was discovered that the rear passenger door would not open (a major safety concern). I called my local Ford dealership, and they could see where this car was serviced multiple times for a door issue (nothing was mentioned about a door issue at the time of purchase). Ford suggested I contact Ted Britt since they had serviced it for this problem already. A loaner car was delivered to my home on 7/6. I was called the next day and was told parts for door and an alarm sensor were on back order. My car was returned on 7/11. Of the few times we were actually able to get ahold of someone, we got conflicting stories. Sometimes the parts were still on back order. Another time we were told the hitch cover was there but needed painted. My husband reached out again on 10/24 and the service manager told him the previous manager was no longer there, and he would check where the parts were and get back to him. My husband waited several days and had to reach out again to get a status update. The parts were supposed to be installed on 11/3, and they did not have a loaner car for me so I would need to travel to get car fixed. I had to call multiple times on 11/2 to see if parts had arrived. If I had not been diligent and called multiple times, I would have driven a round trip of 5 hours to NOT have my car fixed! I was also told by the scheduler that apparently my parts were in at one point but returned because no one bothered to inform me. Communication is awful with this dealership!!!

I dealt with Ryan Lamb for this transaction.

I dealt with Ryan Lamb for this transaction. He was great, no high pressure from him. My only complaint is that the car did not come with any kind of manual, Ryan said he was going to order one for me, but I find the wait an inconvenience. Other than this issue, I would say my experience with the people at Ted Britt went very well.

Refused to deliver my car and shady tactics!

Negative stars! JT verified availability & same-day delivery upon purchase. Arrived 40 min and 25 miles later to unfriendly, cold reception. Car not ready & spent additional 20 minutes waiting. Test drove and noticed car didn’t have any mats, visibly stained, deflated seats & once agreed that they would fix, I decided to purchase. Entered new Lincoln bldg & reception was even colder. No acknowledgement only stared at me uncomfortably, mainly Samantha. As the lone female of color I can only guess what the issue could be. I was seated in the very back waiting area where they had full view & continued to stare at me uncomfortably. I waited for 3.5 hours even though this was quickest, easiest sale to make as I knew what I wanted before driving 21 miles to VA. Sam in finance seemed visibly upset when I pushed back on extended warranty options and when I found a better gap coverage rate. After purchase, they refused to deliver. They advertise delivery on every 3rd party site as well as their own, but the rules are different if you’re a non-white female. After leaving without the car & while driving back, Michael Britt called & requested more $ stating that financing fell through. Spot delivery is the tactic here! They are a nasty shady dealership that wasted my time & energy. They continued to ping lenders, drowning and damaging my credit further in the hopes to force me to resign a new contract or cough up more money. Shady, sneaky w/ overt racism. Don’t go here! NO!!!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would.

If I could give zero stars I would. Their service department is rude, pushy and obnoxious.

Hassan and Abdul were super professional and kind

Hassan and Abdul were super professional and kind throughout whole process of purchasing the car. I usually don't receive these kind of customer service in car market these days. Thank you!

Not how you treat customers

Told them i would buy a truck that i had been looking at and they sold it from underneath me. I live out of state and was trying to buy a raptor so i needed a lot of info. they provided it. They texted my tuesday morning and said can we wrap this up because we have somebody else on the way to look at it. i said yes sold. the manager said if this guy does not buy it then we will sell to you. Of course they bought it. I had the money and financing we had talked for 4 days and they treated me this way after i told them i would buy it.

Did a good job selling me my Mach E at MSRP, easy

Did a good job selling me my Mach E at MSRP, easy experience, got a good deal on an extended warranty as well. I also feel quite welcome at this dealership, vs. others I have been to in the past. John is also easy to get a hold of. Thank you guys!
