Car sales done right!
Bought a 2016 Edge Sport from Kearns, and it had to be one of the best buying experiences I've had. I wasn't planning on buying that day, but the price was too good to pass up. I had my 4 year old daughter with me and the employees spoiled her with treats and a ballon, they even kept her entertained as we finished the paperwork. They left me feeling like family, and that's rare nowadays.

Worth the visit
I had a good idea of the model of vehicle I wanted before I went to Kearns. I had already visited three other dealers without much success. I checked the vehicles on Kearn's website. I was impressed the number of used vehicles they had on the lot that met my criteria and price range. Adam was knowledgeable about the car and answered all of my questions. He treated me with courtesy and respect. I drove my new car home. Great customer service. All of the employees are friendly and courteous. The dealership is clean and bright. I like the new building and decor.

Horrible
Worse Dealership in Wisconson! Dealership in Jefferson treated customers Horrible! New lot in Johnson Creek same treatment of unsatisfied customers!! They delayed negative Facebook reviews! A simple Google search shows the truth!

DO NOT BUY HERE!!!! #Dishonest #Lies I purchased a 2016 Dodge Challenger Hellcat from here and was informed the car included a 3 year warranty. When I talked with Kearns about this car they told me it was the owners personal car and that he was selling it with only 2,500 miles. I felt the car was in good condition based on everything we discussed over the phone so I decided to purchase the car, after picking up the car I took it to my local dealership for a software update - It was after I picked up the car that my dealership called to inform me the warranty was not valid and were I to bring it back or to any other dealership in the future it would not be serviceable under warranty. After several weeks of discussions on the phone with Dodge and Kearns it turns out this was not the owners car but was actually bought at an auction. In addition, the car was originally purchased and registered in Canada and at some point the car was transferred to the US improperly. This is why the basic warranty shows up, however what you don't see is where the warranty is actually valid - dealerships don't see this until they try and file a claim against the warranty...hence, servicing the car. LIES. Long story short - my car warranty is void in the US...where I live obviously. After talking with the owner of Kearns Motor Car he fully admitted it was a mistake on their behalf as they went off of what their local Dodge dealership told them over the phone. He was not willing to honor the original warranty stated when I bought the 60k car, (it would of cost around 2k for a third party warranty according to him) and as soon as I mentioned bringing this up to the BBB he was in no way cooperative and hung up. I don't know if they were trying to pull a fast one or not but they would not let me return the car for what I originally paid nor would they honor the warranty, had I known the car's warranty was not valid I would have never purchased it! This should be an eye opener for anyone looking to purchase vehicles from here, move on to find another reputable dealership and review their feedback from several sources (Google, Yelp, Facebook, Yahoo, YouTube, etc...) to try and get a consistent perspective.

Our New Grand Cherokee!
Our total experience was great! We first found the SUV on the computer website, very convenient. When we went in to see it in person and take our test ride everything went smoothly and enjoyably. As we closed the deal all was upfront and complete and very efficient. We are very pleased with the SUV and learning more each day. The new facility is just beautiful. Thank you.
