I took my classic Camaro to this dealership for an oil

I took my classic Camaro to this dealership for an oil change and a state safety inspection. It does not require emissions due to it's age. I told them upfront I had removed the cat and ran dual exhaust. They still did the inspection and failed it for such. Now it's in the system so I can't get it to pass and will have to switch to historic plates. Secondly, when I got the car back, the floor mat was full of greasy foot prints and the paint had greasy hand prints all over it. I keep a very tidy car so this was quite upsetting. Lastly, the advisor was rude and did not even thank me for my business. Never, ever again will I deal with any Fusz in any facet of the car business.

UPDATE BELOW My 2024 Chevy Equinox EV, leaks water

UPDATE BELOW My 2024 Chevy Equinox EV, leaks water around the OnStar buttons, there is also heavy condensation and mist on the windshield inside the vehicle, along with water beads up and down the pillar when it rains. I took my vehicle into Lou Fuze Chevrolet twice recently in Saint Peters, Missouri. 2 service advisors at this dealership have witnessed the issues with the water and watched videos of the water dripping, water puddled in and around cup holders and wet pillar they, yet cannot figure out where the water and moisture is coming from. I was told that if I bring it back again, I will be charged. Yes, you heard me right. A brand new vehicle with 4600 miles on it. And this is how they treat customers at Lou Fuze Chevrolet. I asked my service advisor (Scotty Barnes) for the next steps on what to do next and he told me that he did not know what to tell me but if I bring it back again, I will be charged. I don't know what the problem is with this service advisor but he has a real chip on his shoulders and a horrible attitude and talks to customers like they don't need them. The dealership and the service manager did not reach out to me and have not tried to do anything to help me remedy this situation. But wanted to make it absolutely clear that if I come back for the same problem, I will have to pay. AGAIN FOR A BRAND NEW VEHICLE. Another one of the other service advisors, by the name of Michael, pulled me aside and stated that he would talk to the service manager and asked him to call me to discuss other options and the next step, well needless to say this never happened. The customer service was absolutely horrible. As of today, May 8th I have not been contacted, buy the dealership. Update: On May 6, 2025 I took my vehicle into Pogue Chevrolet, here in Wentzville, and within 5 minutes they did the TSB (Tech Service Bulletin) search and found the answer to the problem. THEY NEVER EVEN LOOKED AT MY CAR AT POGUE, BUT THEY KNEW EXACTLY WHAT TO DO. NOW THE PART IS ON ORDER. This is the first thing, a good technician would have done. I still have not heard anything back from the dealership. THANK YOU POKE CHEVROLET GREAT JOB!!! See attached TSB BELOW Apparently, General Motors has been well aware of this specific issue since at least October 2024.

We own and buy multiple vehicles from this dealership

We own and buy multiple vehicles from this dealership commercial trucks. The salesman Brian over the commercial site is great! The issue becomes with the service department, which is terrible. We’ve had multiple bad dealings with them. This is the third vehicle that I’ve taken in for issues and always leads to multiple problems . You might ask why do I keep taking it there? I feel like if this is the dealership that we buy all of our trucks from they should be responsible/able to do the service work as well, especially when they’re brand new vehicles. It’s one thing to already have issues with brand new vehicles then to take it in for the repairs to come and find the issues were not addressed properly nor fixed . This is not just one time this has happened multiple times to our company with we brought in to their service department particularly MidRivers Lou Fuze. There are several people in the service department that seem like they have an attitude problem which is really disappointing when you’re a small business and spend hundreds of thousands of dollars with Their dealership only to expect that you would have good running vehicles, and if there are issues that they would gladly take care of the problem knowing that your source of surviving is a small business and be happy to do it. This last time I took my vehicle in, which is under warranty for the sunroof and and the lights that popped out underneath the Side view mirrors on both of them mind you this was in December. They sent me a text saying the vehicle is complete. It took about a week.. I get there to pick up my Tahoe high country and I have to walk and find it in the parking lot in back then only to see that the lights are still hanging out of the side view mirrors so I walk back up and Bring to his attention that the lights were still out and he says they were going to superglue them, but the mechanic said not to do that and that I would have to replace the clips. at that point, I was frustrated and didn’t say anything when I should have but I was beyond frustrated. You would think buying an $80,000 vehicle that you wouldn’t want to be riding around with lights dangling down from the side view mirrors and would’ve given me the option or a phone call while they had it to fix the problem I shook my head, walked out and thought wow. Now back to the main problem, which was the sunroof that would not close and you may ask why would I have the sunroof open in December? I took my kids to look at Christmas lights in the park and after opening it, it would not shut it and we had to ride home like that. I get it sometimes there are issues with vehicles so I try to keep that in . They got me in about four days later and I had to keep my vehicle in the garage until they could get it in. Well now this past Monday, I was picking my daughter up from the bus stop. She likes to ride home with the sunroof open. She asked me and I Thought about it and said sure. Well, I’m sure you can guess what happened we pull in the driveway and guess what the sunroof won’t close. I’m absolutely frustrated at this point seeing it was just in the dealership for this issue then I go to call them and yes, I expect them to get it in right in seeing the roof is open we were getting snow this week and I would be without a vehicle again for something that I just paid for it to get taken care of. They told me they couldn’t get me in for at least four more days. You would think they would push me to the front of the line after just paying and being without the vehicle for a week not even a month ago they were very rude and did not care one bit about what I was going through with my vehicle so for that reason, our company and friends will not be buying any vehicle vehicles from Lou Fuze dealership any longer. I’m going to make sure and post this on every review board that I can to let people know what they are getting when they buy a vehicle from Lou Fuze. I hope that they fix their service department!

DO NOt USE THIS DEALER SHIP !

DO NOt USE THIS DEALER SHIP !!!! after spending a couple of hours going back-and-forth on numbers, we came to an agreement that I went back to finance. He was very rude. Wouldn’t check multiple finance places for the best rating. He handed me an iPad to do electronic signatures so I was reading through the paperwork and signing some of it, but I couldn’t see all the numbers when I asked questions about the numbers. He was very rude and I said I don’t like signing this because I can’t see the numbers written out. He said they were right and I put the iPad on his desk and said, I can’t read everything , he finished and submit and I was very upset. He did that walked out of the office. The sales man came outside to get me and I told him about everything. He asked if I wanted to go to another finance guy, but I said he already hit submit he had no right to do that. He went back and got the paperwork and told me that I had a couple more pages to sign so I was able to read those last page and sign it when I got home and read the paperwork. The numbers were wrong we agreed on 12,000 on my trade on and they only gave me 11,500. I knew it didn’t seem right. I should’ve had him bring my car back to me and leave extremely upset with the lies and manipulation.

I worked with Dan Moore who did a fantastic job

I worked with Dan Moore who did a fantastic job representing Lou Fusz Chevrolet! His follow up and diligence to complete my sale was top notch! He answered all of my question, sent photos etc as I live in Illinois. After several communications with him I drove to Missouri and purchased the car. He then arranged to have it delivered to me. Needless to say I am very pleased with Dan and Lou Fusz Chevrolet!
