I went in on Saturday looking for a new car. I was met at the door by Carolyn Roderick. She was wonderful and assisted me in finding then purchasing a new Chevy Trax. She made my experience very easy. I test drove 2 cars and ultimately purchased one. Eric French in financing was also very helpful and got me the best deal on financing. I would definitely recommend Lou Fusz Chevrolet in St. Peters if you are looking to purchase a vehicle.

I had been researching various dealership websites for a used car. The best deals, as well as a huge selection of used cars, were at the Lou Fusz Chevrolet dealership. I was interested in a particular 2014 Cruze that was available for purchase. I went to the dealership and as soon as I walked in, Shaun Labeau approached me and asked if he could help me. When I described the car I was interested in, he immediately knew of the vehicle. I took it for a test drive and along the way Shaun informed me of the specs, city/highway gas mileage, etc. of the car. Paperwork went smoothly and Kevin Jackson in Finance was helpful and very detailed in explaining financing and additional warranty options. If your service department is as good as Shaun and Kevin were in making and finalizing the sale, I will definitely be back for all service to the car.

Even though I drove in without an appointment, I had no wait to be greeted and have the problem with my Saturn diagnosed. Fortunately the dealership had the necessary part in stock and were able to fix the problem in a reasonable time. As I travel full time in a RV, I am always glad to find a reliable dealership whenever I need one, and Lou Fusz Chevrolet is such a one.

I was offered a price $2500.00 less than than the other three dealers I visited.I accepted the first offer salesman Shawn Labeau made. Kevin Jackson of your finance department was also very helpful. Mr Labeau was very knowledgeable about the car and could answer all of my questions. I bought my last car here and have been satisfied with the service.

Wanted to let you know what a great experience I had with Fusz in purchasing my 2017 Trax. Everyone from my salesperson, Shaun, to Eric, the Business Manager, were friendly and knowledgeable. This is my third purchase with Shaun and I wouldn't think of going anyone or anyplace else.

Wednesday 9/13/17 I purchased a new car from Lou Fusz. My salesman was Matt Tonnsen. While waiting for Matt I chose my vehicle, a 17 Cruze Premier. I spoke with him about my concerns going from a V6 3.5 ltr to a 1.4 ltr Turbo engine. He explained the differences I would see between the two types of engines. Then we test drove the car and I loved it. It was an extremely busy evening for Matt, he had me and another customer. He was very laid back and not at all the "pushy" car salesmen I have dealt with in the past. He definitely made this hands down my best car buying experience. I would certainly recommend Matt Tonnsen at Lou Fusz Chevy to anyone. You will not be disappointed! Thank you Matt!
