Sue Chansky was my saleswoman. Sue was very kind, friendly and pleasant to deal with. She had all the knowledge on the 2018 CRV that my wife and I purchased. She answered all my questions and not once did I feel rushed or under any pressure to purchase. Sue also thoroughly explained all the functions on the vehicle when I picked it up. Also, Rebecca Morone in finance was very kind, friendly and pleasant to deal with. Rebecca made all of the paper work process go smoothly. Both Sue and Rebecca get an A+! I would recommend Sue, Rebeca and Hamilton Honda to any one looking for a new vehicle.

Both Luke and Parth did everything they could to help me get the car I wanted. It was a Friday night and neither of them rushed me at any point during the transaction. Parth was very detailed and explained all the features of the car during my test drive, I definitely felt a sense of trust with him. Luke was friendly and charming, he made it very clear as to where I stood financially and offered his expert knowledge to help me make a better decision. Hamilton Honda overall was a great experience- clean office and pleasant staff. They have a wider inventory as well compared to other Honda Dealerships.

This was my first time at Hamilton Honda and I was impressed by its scale - the place is huge! Tony Manno took good care of me throughout the purchasing process even though he was relatively new as a salesman. It was very easy to communicate with Tony and he understood my questions and concerns.

My salesman Chris, was excellent. He was extraordinarily helpful, answered every question I had, and was extremely helpful both during the buying process and afterwards. I simply could not have asked for anything more from Chris. I will buy cars from him in the future, and recommend him to others. As far as my new Honda is concerned, it rides like a dream. The safety features are incredible, and the hybrid engine gives me as much power as a full gas engine. You Simply don’t notice any difference. I would buy another in the future and have recommended it to all my friends.

Tony was excellent, he helped and did whatever he could during our process of buying our car. He answered all our questions, and gave us assurance about the car we were looking to purchase. From the start to finish, Tony did a great job.

Honestly, I didn’t know what to expect coming to a huge dealership. In the past, large dealerships meant less personal service and more waiting. Hamilton Honda was a startling exception. From the first step in, my family and I were greeted with a warm, personal welcome by Anthony. We even got a nice tour of the huge facility and indulged in some treats at the cafe. Mr. Manno also made sure we were comfortable and the car buying process was very pleasant. On the day we decided to test drive the new Accord, the weather was humid and hot. However, Anthony was very swift and made sure the car had the air on for us. We felt terrible because he looked like he ran a marathon. Afterwards, we had a quick chat with Lily from the finance department. She was also very polite and informative. One week later, we came back to finish signing and pick up the car. We met with Becky from Finances. I was a little worried because this was the part people dread, but she was another pleasant exception! Not only did she know her stuff, but she was very polite and helpful with our decisions. All in all, our experience at Hamilton Honda was very positive and memorable. There was no pressure nor anything unusual. Anthony was a professional who made sure the customer came first! I know my family and I will be coming back the next time someone needs an upgrade!
