BAIT AND SWITCH BAIT AND SWITCH .

BAIT AND SWITCH BAIT AND SWITCH .....Called rhe dealer to confirm availability of a Toyota Avalon.They assured me the car was there.When I arrived they told me the vehicle was just sold. The salesman then tried to sell me another car. It seems like they are a bait and switch dealership. Be aware if you deal with them there is a good chance they do not have the car you are looking for. It looks like I am not the first customer to have this happen.

The salesman Jeff Randall was friendly and polite.

The salesman Jeff Randall was friendly and polite. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and (unlike past experiences I’ve had elsewhere) wasn’t trying to pressure me into anything. The same can be said for the young lady who did all the paperwork. I believe her name was Olivia (sorry if I’m mistaken.) Also friendly, warm and efficient. All in all, a very pleasant car buying experience!

I’m not happy thy lost my trust.many fee like thy are xxxx off .and the car was not ready.and the never clean the trunk and was all levas inside the front grill .thy don’t deserve business. Old mangement was much better

Bait and switch.

Bait and switch. Called 3 times to verify a car they advertised was available and each time was yes. Sat down with the salesman and he told me it was sold. First it was a few days ago then the story changed to a few hours ago. Got in there at 10 am and they opened at 9am so not sure how that happened. Anyway they proceeded to try and upsell a vehicle to me that I discovered had a bad transmission and on top of it all the offered below blue book for my trade. Reading other reviews I can see this is a regular business practice so I would suggest staying clear of this dealership.

Bait and switch….

Bait and switch…. Absolutely horrendous tactics used. I was told by Richard in an email to check out Carwiser, as they have higher prices for trades. I do, I like the value I see, I drive an hour up, test drive the rig I wanted to buy, and thought was well priced….. everything going well.. Sit down with the salesman, they offer me $5k less and say that’s all they can do. I explain to them carwiser said they’d offer 39,630 and that their rep told me to go there… they said it’s a third party and they don’t honor it… I told them, why did your rep tell me to go there? Why is a third party broker matching me with your dealer? They said all they could do. Absolutely a sham. I’d hope they’d rectify this ridiculous mishap on their part. Stay away!

Then they tried to upsell me another vehicle that had a bad transmission i discovered during the test drive. After telling them that we would never be able to make a deal and that numbers were too far apart. They insisted that we will be able to get close. So I went through all the xx the typical xx dealer usually Does when selling a car and in the end they came back with a ridiculous trade in value below kbb and more than $4000 less than what I’ve received from three other dealers. In the end, I walked out because we were so far off as I thought. Someone is going to get stuck with a vehicle with a bad transmission and now they know that. Bad bad bad

Was contacted by sales and told to look on driveway.com to find a car. Wow, nice suggestion. That makes up for things. No manager ever reached out to discuss the situation. They don’t care about your satisfaction, only money so don’t let them fool you.
