When my husband and I went to Hamilton Honda we didn't know if we wanted to buy or lease a new Honda. We had the pleasure of dealing with Giovanni Torres... as our Sales Representative and he was wonderful. He guided us through both the buying and leasing process of a new Honda and what would work out best for us. We had leased our first car from Hamilton Honda and we were very satisfied with their customer service and their service department. We didn't need to look any further. Giovanni was patient and very accommodating. He answered all our questions, and we had a lot. He was friendly and very knowledgeable which made us feel comfortable and at ease. We did decide to lease our new Honda Accord and we love it. I would definitely recommend Hamilton Honda to anyone who is looking for great customer service and a friendly atmosphere. The free car washes and oil changes are a definite plus.

10 year customer .. 6 cars later between my wife and I are lost due to the attitude and neglect of the service center... the insane wait times for a simple... oil change is ridiculous.. and then add the attitude given from advisor craig mayle. Instead of fixing the situation.. he adds fuel to the fire with his comments and overall attitude. this advisor needs some adjustment or just fired. Sales department is excellent.. too bad service center is like a complete total opposite.

Big shout out to service advisor Semy Noelizaire. He is very patient, and knowledgeable. He took his time to listen my concern. Once I told him about... my bad experience (scratch on quarter panel and bumper) with service department during my last visit, he personally talked with technician to make sure that doesn't happen again. Service was done in timely manner also
