    When my husband and I went to Hamilton Honda we didn't know if we wanted to buy or lease a new Honda. We had the pleasure of dealing with Giovanni Torres... as our Sales Representative and he was wonderful. He guided us through both the buying and leasing process of a new Honda and what would work out best for us. We had leased our first car from Hamilton Honda and we were very satisfied with their customer service and their service department. We didn't need to look any further. Giovanni was patient and very accommodating. He answered all our questions, and we had a lot. He was friendly and very knowledgeable which made us feel comfortable and at ease. We did decide to lease our new Honda Accord and we love it. I would definitely recommend Hamilton Honda to anyone who is looking for great customer service and a friendly atmosphere. The free car washes and oil changes are a definite plus.

    Today I used the express service option for my Accords first oil change.I was immediately greeted as I drove up and directed by the the tech to Angelo... the service rep,who courteous knowledgeable and friendly.More importantly the car was serviced sooner than anticipated.Job well done Hamilton Honda.P.S. this is my 3rd car from you.

    I have been a customer of Hamilton Honda Service Center for over 7 years. Despite living 15 to 20 minutes of two Honda dealerships, I still drive 50 to... 55 minutes to Hamilton Honda because of Hamilton's Honda excellent service center and the great customer care they provide each time. For example, I drove my 2011 Honda Pilot in for a sensor repair. The team of Chris Alfinito, John Doyle, and Javad Muhammad took a great amount time to ensure the full repair was done properly. They not only answered my questions but provided reasonable options due to the difficulty of the repair. While the repair was being done, they also provided me with a 2019 loaner and allowed me to keep it as needed. They really take the words customer care very seriously. I have 3 Honda vehicles with over 600,000 miles across all three. Because of the excellent service provided by Hamilton Honda Team, my next vehicle purchase will be another Honda.
