Excellent Service
Last week I brought in my leased CX-3 for its periodic servicing. As usual I was treated mostly very respectfully. I say mostly, because in an effort to be overly friendly with someone who is not a real friend, the service personnel made a point of calling me by my first name. My real friends call me by a different name. Using "Mr," followed by my last name, and then asking permission to use my first name, is always the safest policy. It seems like a small detail, but when we consider that one's name is his most important possession, it's maybe not so small after all. Anyhow, thanks, University Mazda, for your efficient work in keeping my car in tip-top shape.

As always, the service was prompt and courteous. They provided a loaner car even though it was only a couple of hours. Service was completed within the time specified.

Routine maintenance
Scheduled routine maintenance (oil/filter change, safety checklist, etc.) occurred without a hitch. Total service time was well under two hours. Thought the visit went as well as one could hope for, including very reasonable price.

Great service great price
The team at Univ Mazda promptly greeted me, had a place for me to hang out, coffee, water, tea, snacks, etc. They were on time, price was as quoted, vacuumed and washed car - all in and out in an hour. Skyactiv service.

Dependable and Efficient.
University Mazda helped me on heat core warranty repair for free. Service advisor Matt Humes is very professional and helpful because I was confused by warranty issues and he just did it without giving me any headache. I am very appreciated of his service and happy with University Mazda, I can trust UM.

Always a positive experience
The people here are always very considerate and do a good job. They explain anything they think needs attention, but are never pushy. I bought my Mazda here and that was a positive experience as well. A good staff, made possible by a good manager.

Good service
The sales person listened to what I had on my list of requirements for a car, and was able to quickly show me which cars met my needs. There was some variety - the 3 or the 6 (I preferred the 3, but was glad I drove a 6 to be sure that I really did want the 3), and I was ultimately able to purchase a car with very little drama. The car is reliable, gets good mileage, was in excellent condition (pre-owned), certified, had everything I wanted and it is really fun to drive. One can get a "sensible" car that is still fun to drive and has lots of options that make it comfortable, without spending a fortune. I look forward to seeing how the service department is. Sales person was patient and showed me how to set up some of the basic electronic settings after the purchase as well.
