My sales rep. Joel was amazing. He got me into a like new 2015 Kia Soul. It's amazing! Joel bent over backwards, the financing department are magicians. Everyone was very friendly and willing to help. They gave me the representative that knew the most about the vehicle to answer any questions I had.

I really liked the sales rep, but the sales building and environment seemed a little chaotic. They did make a deal with me that I am happy with, but it did take 4 hours. Also it would be nice if they would run the car through a car wash before you take it home and fill the gas tank.

The staff was friendly, helpful and explained any concerns I had . No pressure from Ernesto who was there helping till I was set up all the way .
