Had a great selection of vehicles on the lot. Only ranked 4 of 5 stars because of the length of time it took to get into the finance to sign the loan paperwork

Would never have bought a car here if I knew what I know now. I’m actually going to trade the car in ASAP once I get the registration in the mail. Bought a used Tesla and the dealer didn’t transfer the VIN so I’ve been unable to charge the car or register a Tesla account. This leaves me with overpriced and very slow charging options or charging at home which you only gain 3 miles an hour. I’ve called the dealer multiple times and they have not been able to fix the issue. Not worth the hassle, do not recommend. They did offer a free car wash or charging cable but that ultimately doesn’t fix that they still have control of the VIN. This is a safety issue in Tesla as the old owner can still track the car and open the doors/drive the car. Worst financial decision of my entire life. Regret this everyday. I’ve asked them for a full refund and they’ve said that all sales are final.
