Braulio was super chill, very helpful and patient. I was back and forth between a Subaru and a Ford Focus. He gave me the details for both, let me test drive them, and the entire time applied ZERO sales pressure on me. He allowed me to take the time to think about my options while I ate some food and talked it over with my friends. I don’t know their names, but the upper management that Braulio was speaking to about my requests, they were great too!! Gave me an EXCELLENT trade in offer for my used Hyundai Elantra, and allowed me to bring my trade in the following day instead of the day of. That took a load off my schedule.
