Decent experience, basically what you’d expect from a dealership. Within 5 minutes of driving off the lot, tire pressure light turned on, turned out to be a hole in one of the tires, find it hard to believe they didn’t know about it while the vehicle was sitting in their lot. Also noticed a small chip in the windshield, which normally I don’t care about, but the salesman gave me a whole speech about how if they get a vehicle with a chipped windshield, they go the extra mile and just replace the whole windshield rather than just repairing the chip but that’s my own fault for not noticing it. Also, promised they’d have someone bring the plates down to where I live since it was a 45 minute drive, after several unanswered messages and being ignored for 2 weeks trying to get ahold of them to bring me the plates, I eventually just had to drive all the way back up to get them. Even though they had no problem calling me to ask me to leave a review. Not a fan of being told empty promises.

John and one of the floor managers were able to work with me on what I was needing for me and my wife. We were able to discuss and find a package that suited our needs and cost. We drove all the way from Portland , OR to make this deal happen as I was very pleased on how we were able to get things moving. Came in today looking for a RAV4 and John helped me find the perfect one! I test drove 2 cars, but I had appointments with other dealerships so I told John I'd come back later. After I shopped around, I decided to come back to Legend because of the way we were treated from the beginning and my overall confidence in them. We felt like family, there was no pressure, and they had exactly what I was looking for, FOR A GREAT PRICE! Unfortunately I was initially denied to finance because I have only been at my current job for a few months, and have never gotten a loan before. Carlos worked hard to get me approved, and within an hour I was off the lot with my awesome new ride!! YESSSS!!!! I was referred by a friend, so it was a win-win for everyone. The sales people at Legend are not pushy and take the time to listen making for a very pleasant and relaxed experience. They're diligent about following up and actually do! I've dealt with other car dealers that say they'll call you back but never do. I was very impressed with their professionalism as well as their demeanor. These guys went above and beyond.
