Almost all the employees speak English and Spanish. Ray helped me find a used car within my budget. He knew the inventory well and showed me cars based on what I said I was looking for. He was friendly and focused on me and helped me check out the car and look at the engine. He seemed interested in all I had to say about the condition of the car. The quality of their vehicles seems higher than most independent used car dealers. COVID rules meant we all wore masks, I test drove alone, and they lowered the sticker price of every car by $1000 to $2000 to reflect the market drop. I got my car for much less than market value and it was a good deal. They didn't give me any trouble about how I chose to pay which was a nice surprise. The finance manager Jordan was also friendly and helped make the paperwork process go quickly and smoothly. He gave my toddler a pen and paper so he'd be happy and quiet which was a great idea. The finance/license/title office experience was no pressure, no upselling and no strange documents to sign and only took 15 minutes. Ray even helped me get a ride to drop my rental car off at Seatac so I wouldn't have to pay for an Uber or Lyft. Very above and beyond. The next day I still felt good about my purchase and I am very happy with the car I bought and my experience at Legend.
