Ray was amazing! I called about a truck I was interested in. He got me all the information I asked for. Did a phone app. Got approved and when I arrived he had the truck all ready for me. Told me take it for a drive and really put it to work, make sure it has the power you need. He said if i see anything wrong with it to let him know and he'll get it fixed. He even pointed out something i missed! I bought the truck then the next day noticed quite a bit of rust and it had me worried. The truck was used and from Canada. I called him and he spoke with his boss. Got a call back and they said bring it back we will take it to the chevy dealer and get it a professional acid wash and undercoat seal on it and we will have everything checked out inside and out at no cost to me. He went above and beyond for me. They care about their customers and their reputation up there and they do right by you. Very impressed.

Jonathan and Ray are awesome! I came in with ok credit, I wasn’t confident on my approval odds and I wasn’t exactly sure what car I wanted either, but Jonathan and Ray were patient and extremely helpful finding me a good car and a even better quote for car insurance. They both also gave me some great information on car insurance and credit. I left my trade in at home and Ray drove from Burien to Federal Way to make the process and exchange a lot easier for me. I thought that was dope. A+ I definitely recommend this place.
