Carl Cox was exceptional.

Carl Cox was exceptional. He was welcoming, not pushy, very knowledgeable and went above and beyond but not forced. His ability to connect on a genuine level is rare and should be recognized.

The staff were all great to work with.

The staff were all great to work with. They listened to what we wanted and helped us find the vehicle that met our needs. We are a repeat customer because of a previous good experience and this one was just as good!

I bought a used car from Archie and he was very kind and

I bought a used car from Archie and he was very kind and accommodating. We settled on a good deal and everyone involved was upfront and honest and I am very happy with my first car purchase. Even though I didn't buy a Kia, everyone was still sweet. This dealership has tip-top employees who want to make sure you get the car you want.

I spotted a car on their website, it met my criteria so I contacted Caleb Clement via the website. He contacted me within 30 minutes and we arranged a meeting at the dealership to look at the car.

Wanted to trade in my 2015 Soul for a new one.

Wanted to trade in my 2015 Soul for a new one. Ended up buying a 2024 Soul (considered used since it had 5000 miles on it)

Dishonest, no accountability, bait & switch.

Dishonest, no accountability, bait & switch. Took a day off work, drove two hours to be told the vehicle was buying had been sold five minutes before I arrived. I was pre-approved, A+ credit and advised them I was in my way. They “generously” advised they would fill my tank, but kicked me out when I asked the GM’s name. He would not give his name to me. Clark, Kyle and Caleb where the three salespeople I copiously communicated with before making the drive.

Very disappointed with this dealership.

Very disappointed with this dealership. I try to get a out the door price for a vehicle that they have advertised online. Noone responde to my request. I had an appointment with Archie I drove 1 hour away just to let me know when I got there that the vehicle that I was interested was sold. That's one. Two Archie said not to worry that he got another vehicle similar in price and discounts. I said fine I did the test drive but at the time of seeing some numbers that's when things really when south. The price and discounts was not the same as advertised, they added like $1400 on dealer add-ons and really low in trade. Just save some time and stay away from this dealership. I should know better when I reading others people reviews about this Dealership. Don't waste your time.

After my last service appointment I will never go to Kia

After my last service appointment I will never go to Kia Horne dealership again. This experience has turned me off of Kia and I can’t see myself ever buying another vehicle from this brand. Long story short I have a 2016 Kia Soul with less than 50000 miles. After regular maintenance they said I had about 700$ of work to do. They said I needed new filters, change and flush of all the fluids in the car, ect ( I had done all of these things on a previous visit- bill was over 1000$ and now I wonder if I really needed to have the work done at all.) When I questioned what took precedence my service consultant pulled up my file and by the look on his face I knew something was wrong. He confirmed that I didn’t need many items on the list / I had done everything on a previous visit and my bill went for over 700$ to 130$. I won’t name the agent bc I don’t want him to get in trouble for being honest but he basically confirmed if I had accepted the maintenance request they would have charged me anyway. He said “they must have not looked at your file”. I spoke to the service manager Ira and he said he would talk to the mechanic- that he must be new. xx-they tried to fleece me for work I didn’t need- they probably fleeced me before when I had all the work done. I trusted Kia to be honest and to treat me as a valued customer and I just feel violated. How many others have the done this too. Thank God the service agent was honest.

Stay away from all Kia dealerships!

Stay away from all Kia dealerships!!! They do not honor the settlement agreement car only has 150000 miles and denied claim to replace their xxxxty engine!!
