Outstanding customer service

Jackson and the sales manager were excellent. Me and my wife were shopping for used cars. After visiting Bill Luke dealership we decided to swing by Kia to check out their used cars. After working with Jackson in the sales manager we decided to buy new. Our experience was excellent!

Great Job Bob!!

When we showed up at the dealership we honestly thought we would just compare prices from where we went previously and go back there to buy the certified pre-owned vehicle we test drove earlier that day. Then we met Bob, he wasn't pushy or demanding he just honestly came across very genuine and wanted to help us make the right decision. He took time to find us the right deal and showed us how we would actually be able to purchase a brand new model of the same car and actually pay less. He also taught us about every detail of the car and was very knowledgeable about every aspect we could imagine. Great job Bob!

Fabulous

My Husband and I bought a brand new Kia Optima from them 3 years ago and had Phil help us. We had a wonderful experience then, so when we decided to upgrade to a newer Optima this is the first place we had in mind and we worked with Phil once again. Our experience this time was just as great and we highly recommend working with Phil!

Barbara Bloss is a nice woman

Barbara seemed to understand we had an idea of how the process works so that was appreciated but her closer/manager was a bit boisterous and talked WAY too much. The car was new and we are happy but the KIA website calculator is inaccurate for payments All in all we are satisfied Thanks Barbara P.S. Wayne in the finance department had a palpable and even pleasant demeanor as well. We appreciate his advice, even if it was a tactical upsell. We did add the basic maintenance package because he was thorough in his explanation while attempting to be contrite.

2nd time customer love our sales man Daryl and the service

Great experience, hassle free.

Darrell was great, he went above and beyond to make the experience hassle-free. We bought a 2017 Kia Forte 5 and we love the vehicle. Every other time I have bought a car it was a nightmare, but the team at Horne Kia was determined to get us qualified and into the vehicle we wanted, at the price we needed. I am planning on coming back to Darrell to buy a 2nd soon! 5 stars, A+ service.

Wonderful buying experience

I bought a Kia Sorrento from Horne Kia/ Bob Woosley. The experience was quick and they were easy to work with. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car!

Friendly salesman
