car shopping

I had a very pleasant experience dealing with Odil and Alex. Everything is very transparent and the process was easy. I will look forward to future dealings with this company. Highly recommend!

2018 Chevy Tahoe

We found this place and was skeptical of the fixed price business model. I drove 2 hours on a gamble to get my car appraised... They gave me more than I expected, worth the drive. Will keep them in mind for future trade-ins!

Total and complete con artists

My husband and I were moving back from being stationed in Japan to Florida, and passed through the Nashville area. I called to inquire about a car, and after speaking with Carmen and expressing concerns about purchasing a vehicle without it being from a brand name dealership (ie Audi) sight unseen, she assured me that the car was in great working order and that it would be something I'd love owning. She gushed about how the previous owner had barely used it and kept it in great shape. She did advise that I could get a 3rd party inspection prior to purchase as well, but she also said that she didn't think the car would last long in the lot, as it was in great shape for it's age. So I felt the need to hurry if I wanted to purchase it. So I agreed to purchase it, and then attempted to find a vehicle inspection company who could meet me at the dealership to view the car and inspect it for me. I had a bit of trouble finding someone who could meet the tight deadline the dealership gave me as a "holding" time, and Carmen was adamant that the car couldn't be held any longer... she informed me that she was only supposed to hold it for a week, and that the date I was coming was already 2 days past that mark. Finally after trying for several days to find an inspector, I decided to trust MotorCars of Nashville's inspection capabilities since none of the inspectors seemed able to meet my schedule for the car. I purchased the car in cash and took delivery, and I have had nothing but issues since the first day of ownership. Within the first 5 days, it was diagnosed with over $5,000 in repairs, and upon reaching out to the owner (Odil) and manager (David), I was told that the issues "weren't their problem", that I "should have purchased the warranty". They then proceeded to ignore all of my calls and emails for over 3 months. To this day nothing has been done. Don't let the recording on their phone's hold music fool you - they DO NOT care about you as a customer. They just want your money.

Tires would not pass inspection

Despite my concerns about the tread, the salesman, Akbar, said they would pass. They did not. Expensive lesson to learn. There was no after the sale help.

ADVERTISED PRICE NOT THE REAL PRICE

I called on a '17 Audi Q7 from their website. I confirmed the price with the salesman I was speaking to three times during our conversation. Went in the next morning, spent 1:15 hours with a different salesman, David, who was very nice, talking about the car, test-driving it, and waiting on the owner to get back with the salesman about the sale. After finally calling the salesman back he said that, no, he wouldn't take less than $8601.00 MORE than the advertised price! What a waste of time! I'm guessing many of the 5* ratings here are manufactured, especially if this it the way they do business.

Well Played sir

I called Jerry West about a car me and my wife found on their web sight. We are about 3.5 hours away from their location. Jerry quickly answered all my question honestly. He even offered to look the car over personally and send me photos of any imperfection in the car that he felt I would want to know about before taking the long trip to the dealership. Once I arrived he had the car looking on point and parked at the front of the lot for me. He greeted me and my brother as we arrived to the lot with a warm smile and a firm hand shake. Jerry quickly got to work on our paper work and had us on our way in record time. Everyone we met at the office was super friendly and very easy to interact with. Everything Jerry told us was the exact truth. If you want to deal with a honest professional sales team with a amazing selection of nice low mileage cars. Motor Cars of Nashville is the place to go.

Best lot in Wilson county

A good selection of vehicles to choose from. Jerry West was pleasure to work with, a firm hand shake and eye contact go a long way. Stayed in communication with me throughout the deal and made us feel comfortable. Will be using them again in the future.
