I was very nervous to start the process of looking for/buying a new car as I had not done so in a long time! Ben Groth met me at the door and immediately made me feel like I was in the right place! He asked me lots of questions so he could find the car that was best for me! I walked out with a beautiful red Camry. I love it! I highly recommend Rochester Toyota! Everyone was so friendly. They really seem to love what they do! Thanks, everyone!

Jordan was very patient as we spent months researching vehicles before purchasing a new one. The entire staff was super helpful in helping us arrive at our needs. Everyone was so pleasant without any stereotypical high pressure. We had a great experience and would buy a new vehicle at Rochester Toyota again.

I had a great experience buying my first ever new car at Rochester Toyota! Joe Baalson was great to work with and listened to what my needs and concerns were. I was apprehensive about going in for my first time because I thought the salesperson would be overbearing and pushy, but Joe wasn't like that at all which made the day much more pleasant. All other staff that I had contact with were very nice as well and I felt like they valued my time and kept the process moving as efficiently as possible. Oh... and as a bonus I LOVE my Prius!!! Overall two thumbs up! :)

Jeff was very patient with us. Showing us the inventory we were interested in. He knew his inventory very well. The buying process went smoothly, the waiting area was comfortable, and all staff greeted us. If we are ever in need of another Toyota, this dealership will be our first choice. We love our Camry

My wife and I just bought our 4th Toyota from Rochester Toyota in the past 10 years, and will no doubt buy our 5th, 6th, etc from them in the years to come. Buying a car used to be a stressful process, but those days are gone. Working with Dave McFarland makes the buying process an absolute pleasure. He is knowledgeable, makes good suggestions for consideration, but not pushy, and quietly lets you make the buying decision that is best for you.

We had a wonderful salesman, MIKE BELETIC, who has a super personality. I have never had someone actually SHOWING me EVERY DETAIL about a car before.... how to USE every button, everything the previous buyer did for our car, , it was so appreciated. He spent alot of time with us and we had hot cocoa and munchies while he had it cleaned to drive it home looking like a new van. MOST THINK IT IS NEW even if its 4 yrs old. The friendly sales team (Brandon, Bill, Kya, and Chris) at Rochester Toyota were professional and very courteous. Each member of the team did a fine job. We actually enjoyed the buying experience. Bill Durdahl was our salesperson and he handled the various hectic transaction details to our satsifaction. Kya and Chris respectively offered sound quality advice on accessories and financing options. 0% fnancing for 5 years is a good deal and easy to sell. HATS OFF to the sales folks at Rochester Toyota. Thanks to Ben Groth and all the staff at Rochester Toyota for helping our family purchase 5 brand new Toyotas over a month period. 3 Prius's and 2 Camry's are now part of the family with 4 of them being first-time Toyota owners. Last summer my father bought a RAV4, and I was very impressed with the vehicle. I decided to by a used RAV4, and did'nt even consider buying it anywhere else. Mike Berletic was just great and made the whole buying process a good experience. Mike sold my father his vehicle, and Dad made sure I was to deal with Mike!! All in all it was a very good experience.
