I live in Louisiana and bought a car from this dealership. I had it shipped and when it arrived I immediately had a low battery alarm. My salesman John said just drive it and it should charge. I took it to our local Jaguar dealership at which time they told me the battery was low and needed replacement. After conversations with my salesman he said they don’t cover/warranty batteries. This car should have never been sold it that condition! This dealership showed me they have zero responsibility in owning up to their mistakes. I wouldn’t choose them if you’re looking for a transparent experience. Excuses,excuses,excuses!,,,,

Don’t take words from this place
Purchased a Porsche 911 from this dealership in Feb 2022. Salesman John Steinhauser presented the car and stated everything was perfectly in working order but never disclosed that both sun-visors are broken. The broken parts were left in the car. When the car arrived to me I reached out but the dealership declined to offer replacement parts even it's misrepresented... there's always something going on when buying cars from Florida... sad.

Do not trust their salesmen
I purchased a porsche 3 years ago and a Mercedes Benz a few months ago. I thought that they were a high class used car dealership but my experience has proven otherwise. On both occasions I had a lot of aggravation because of a failure of the dealership and salesman to fulfill promises that had been made to me. In the last sale of a 2018 Mercedes the problem was that a second key fob was not produced. Key fob costs $600. The sales man did not disclose that he did not have a second key until after I signed all of the papers. When he gave me the documents and only gave me one key I told him that the dealership owed me a second key. The salesman told me that he would get the second key. I had several weeks of communications with the salesman in which he led me to believe that a key would be produced. Finally I demanded a meeting with the owners who took the position that this was a used car and they had no obligation to provide a second key. Finally after unpleasant discussions they offered to pay for half the cost of the key, approximately $300. I will never do business again with this dealership and fo not recommend them.

Excellent buying experience!
Chris Jett worked with us two days before Christmas 2018 to get our new (to us) Toyota Rav4. He was the consummate professional - pleasant, knowledgeable, and diligent. Diane worked with us on financing and was also top-notch. We highly recommend Chris and encourage anyone to visit him at Encore for an excellent customer service experience.

For the Best Car Buying Experience...
If you are looking for a nice, clean, used luxury car, do yourself a favor and go to Encore Motorcars of Sarasota.  They have the best selection of high-end, quality, pre-owned cars, imaginable:  Maserati, Bentley, Mercedes, Porsche, Jaguar, BMW, Lexus, and more......  And, when you go there, ask for Dan Lussier.  In all my years of purchasing cars, Dan is the best car salesperson I have ever met.  Dan is not only knowledgeable, and easy to work with, but he kept all his promises, even after the sale, and he went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my purchase.  I told Dan that I would highly recommend him, so ask for Dan, and tell him that Dianne sent you.

What a wonderful experience, buying a car from Encore. The pricing is fair, the salespeople are not pushy or arrogant like most. Outstanding selection of exotic cars and service is available. I'll buy there again.....

Total enjoyable buying/ service experience
My first buying experience with this organization was exceptional. In all aspects of the purchase of the car and subsequent service was stress free. Poor experience
Call try to get a price on a car but sales person brushed me off. Told me the price is firm and do t waste his time.
