I walked on the lot just thinking I would see what model cars I'd like to consider buying. I was immediately greeted on the lot by John Steinhauser, He was very friendly and helpful and what I expected to be a 5 minute visit turned into the best car buying experience I've ever had.

Chris was a very good salesman. He followed up from my internet inquiry and finally got me to come and look at the car I inquired about. The car, BMW 328i convertible, is great condition with low mileage. I look forward to enjoying it.
