Only Out for a Sale
My experience with this Dealership was very poor. I was not told the purchase price of the car i was looking at. I was going off of the price i had seen online for the exact vehicle i got. and that price was not reflected on contract. I will agree its partly my fault for not looking at the price but it still should have been told to me upfront. I also as never told what my trade in was worth, they would change subject when asked. None of the extra trade in value went into new car purchase. I was rushed through the finance portions and had only a had full of things explained to me. Very poor handling of things on my part and also the Dealership. Went in with a vehicle costing me 32k over life of deal and left we vehicle costing me 62k, for exact same car with one additional feature. Most of blame is on me but alot is on dealer as well.

There is no point in calling Dealership as i went right back in today to try and get things corrected or atleast fair and was helped but not well. Got the run around from front desk manager. Was helped well by Kevin in finance and Mr. Hill i think. But the whole experience sucked and I am to blame for signing deal before reading everything. But nothing was explained to me and not given or told to me the final price of car or trade in value. And that was a sore spot as well. Just a very very bad experience and will not recommend this dealership to anyone. If the GM would like to reach out to me my email is on file with your dealership.
You know i tried to call and speak with someone to see what was to be said and i just got the run around on phone and then given to my sales person Moe Morino and hung up on.

Wish I saw the Trailblazer a couple months earlier
Purchased anoter vehicle last summer. Kind of a "shotgun" buy. Couple months later I see an SUV that looks absolutely fantastic. Caught up to it and found out it was the Trailblazer reborn (kind of!!!) Been dreaming of this SUV ever since. Sam made my dream a reality!!! Need to see Sam again...need Ventvisors!!!!

Can I give ZERO STARS. terrible service and I will never return again. Waste of time and money too. They call me about a recall on my car. When I get there they say they don't have the part for recall . I have to wait again for it to arrive. No way . I asked for new windshield wipers . None were out on my car when I drove away

I purchased a 2022 Chevy blazer. The air went out less than 3 months after I brought it. Had to wait 1 month waiting time to get repaired. It’s extremely hot outside and driving a brand new truck is ridiculous.
