I have been a loyal customer of this dealership since early 2000. We have purchased 6-vehicles here, and recommended to friends and family. Well, no MORE!... Please steer clear of this dealership - buy your KIA elsewhere. Even the GM doesn't have the courtesy to respond to my concerns, what does that tell you?

The customer service of this Dealership is horrible after “the deal is done”. Rude, no return phone call, and passing the buck each time I do call on to... another person or department. They are definitely not a team! And they do not stand up for their NAME KIA!
I am in the process of contacting corporate and and filing a complaint! Don’t go here to get repairs. First the car always pulls to right they done... a test and said it was ok. Well it had to be something else they didn’t check anything else out and two the car every once in awhile will not start right away will take 2-3 tries until it starts and then it’s sluggish. I brought it in they checked the battery! Then it’s something else that’s wrong. They said it was ok I said well I’m not happy but left and I will file a complaint with the BBB. They don’t want to honor my warranty it seems. Just sell me a car but it seems they don’t want to fix things, I have a Kia 2019 OPTIMA. No way I should be treated like this!!
Purchased a CPO Kia Optima. Just found out that my CPO vehicle is not really certified. No one knows about the signed contract we signed when we closed... the deal. My lawyer is looking into this for me. STAY AWAY
WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS!!! If you want to do business with a dealership that's puts the stigma of “used are salesman" to the test go here. From beginning... to end this dealership was HORRIABLE. I flew in to look at a vehicle I really wanted that was a rare find. Salesman Ed Ochmanski was somewhat knowledgeable about the car. We decide to purchase the car. Now the fun begins….Negations begins. Ed keep adding what he thought were hidden fees. I was purchasing a certified car. He proceeds to tell me the listing price was not for the certification and that would be extra. Dude your listing price says “certified". After going back and forth we asked for a manager. In comes Jeffery Noll (sales mgr) a very rude, arrogant, unprofessional and extremely disrespectfully, dishonest person. Who finally after some time agreed since the ad say certified it would be. We went back and forth with the 2 “ used car salmens for what seem like hours. They keep trying to add different charges to our total. Dudes you’ve got to get up pretty early to get one over on me! Needless to say we purchased the car without all the added fees. I later called to speak with the GM Marcus DeAngelis leaving several messages. About the lack of professionalism, and not receiving all that was promised to me. Months later I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A PHONE CALL!!! If you want to be treated rude, disrespected, unprofessional dealing with dishonest men this is the place to go!
I went to Turnersville KIA to check out their SUVs after speaking with satisfied KIA owners. I knew what I wanted and I got what I wanted. Jerome was... courteous and knowledgeable. No pressure sales. He listened to what I wanted and provided the exact vehicle. I test drove the 2019 KIA Sorrento and bought it on the spot. Jerome was great. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.
I spent a total of two hours from the time I walked into the dealership to wheels out. I had a pretty good idea what I wanted, Shyrone made my mind up... 100% and I have been left without even a shroud of buyer's remorse. I felt comfortable throughout the whole process and my expectations were over met. This place does business like it should be done. No gimmicks just straight forward they have cars, you need one, let's make sure you find the right one and are happy with your purchase. The sales managers, Vince and Mike G. were down to earth straight shooters who gave Shy the tools to make the deal I was happy with and helped make the process pain free. Even the finance dude wasn't pushy and didn't act annoyed when I didn't go for the add ons he just informatively told me about. I'll be back definitely.
