Andre had great and comforting things to say about his level of commitment and service to me, right up until i signed on the dotted line. During my test... drive i thought it was odd the way he was sitting sideways the entire time, until i drove off the lot and noticed my passenger window tint was ruffled. no big deal, but a blatant warning sign of the negative experiences to come. Andre did not know what the 5 digit code was for my drivers door the night i bought my Certified Pre Owned 2015 Ford Fusion, and told me he would get it to me soon. even after a follow up call a few weeks later, in which i was promised the door code once again, I never received the entry code for the car i had just paid them well for with my hard earned money, one of the features I paid for, of course, being the keyless door code entry. I took my car camping in a remote area of Pennsylvania last month, and the keys ended up getting locked in the trunk. A call to the dealership on Saturday morning again pleading for the entry code to my car was answered by Ben. I heard him asking Andre about the code, which he said he could not get for me until Monday. I ended up having to break into my brand new car that day just to get home, as there were no locksmiths available on the weekend to come to my location. The entire situation would of been a non-issue if not for the consistent, negligent service of Andre Singleton. can i mention one more time, that i STILL do not have the entry code for my car. Even after this happened to me and he was made aware of the situation, Andre STILL did not decide it was important enough for him to get me my door code. this is the level of service you can expect from Andre Singleton. Regardless of my terrible experiences with this individual Andre, i decided to schedule my 60,000 mile Ford Recommended Maintenance with Northgate, and after discussing the levels of service available, (presented to me as 2 options, a basic maintenance for $40, or the Ford Recommended for $407.) I opted to schedule the Ford Recommended, and scheduled the Steering Wheel Safety Recall to happen at the same time. I confirmed pricing multiple times while setting up my appointment, letting the lady i spoke to know i was scheduling it 2 weeks out for budgeting concerns. I walk into Northgate for my service appointment 6-13-18, and i am asked to pay a price over $600, when I questioned the gentleman over the price, and informed him that I was told it was much less while setting up the appointment, he just kept rudely and repeatedly tapping his fingernail on his plastic sign with service prices listed on it, behaving as if I were trying to con him into a better deal. He completely ignored the fact that I had a serious customer service issue i needed addressed. This man was on the service counter furthest to the left. After deciding not to give Northgate Ford another penny of my hard earned money ever again in my life at this point, i left the service center without even being offered to have my safety recall completed. This shows me their level of care/concern for the safety of the public and their customers while on the roadways, once the check has cleared you will mean nothing to them but some green numbers on the books. ***This is a 100% true testimony from a legitimate customer of a Certified Pre-Owned 2015 Ford Fusion Hybrid purchased in November 2017, purchase from Northgate Ford at your OWN RISK!! If you do shop for cars here, avoid ANDRE SINGLETON at ALL COSTS!!***
My son has bought several trucks from Mike Gerrein I flew in from SLC to buy a truck especially from him. After dealing with Mike I see why my son continues... to buy from him. I wasn't really sure what I wanted and after looking for four hours I still couldn't decide. I went back to my sons home and return the next day. Found the perfect, beautiful truck. When I arrived at the dealership the car I was interested in wasn't there nor was the person that I was told to ask for upon arrival. The car they did... have was priced at $30,000 OVER MSRP.
It was a great and easy process, buying a car can be so painful and trying to haggle with a salesman can take a long time but Andre Singleton was thoughtful... and made it easy for us to find and decide on the perfect car for us.
everything was satisfactory had one complaint for the first time ever. when I arrived for service I told them I had to get a jump to come there. I noticed... my gas was a fourth tank short of what I arrived with which means they let my car run the whole time it had to sit until they serviced it. oh, by the way I arrived 2hours early, I told the service person why I was there so early. that my car was dead an I had to get a jump when someone was available, that I thought it might be the battery an if he turned it off he would need a jump. that is a auto service place. they could have shut my car off then jumped it when it as time for service. my appointment was for 11am yes I had an appointment I didn't just show up just came early because I needed a jump

We went to a used car lot and we had a purchase agreement with them. They decided to sell the car to someone else even though there was a agreement with... us. We were shocked, we went to Northgate Ford and it was the best experience ever as far as buying a car. They were helpful, kind and professional. I will be back to buy another car soon.
