My #1 reason for returning to Northgate Ford was my Sales Rep Andre Singleton. This purchase was the 3rd consecutive vehicle purchase I have made over... the past 4 years with Northgate Ford and each time I have returned to Andre to purchase from. Our salesman Jason Robb was by far the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He could not have made the purchase of my car any easier, from start to finish.... After all the paperwork was done, he went over ever detail of how the car operates, the bells & whistles of the interior & functionality of the electronics, everything that car had to offer. I left that lot in total awe in the car I had just purchased. I highly recommend Jason (and Northgate Ford) for your next vehicle purchase. I custom ordered my Raptor from this dealership and from the day it was delivered and they rolled it off the truck I have had problems. This dealership... felt they could work through all of the issues but here I am a year and a half later and I am still dealing with issues that we originally there as well as new issues. It doesn't appear that this service department is capable of fixing the truck and or I received a lemon either way saying I am disappointed is an understatement.
