I would rate this dealership with a zero if it was

I would rate this dealership with a zero if it was possible. I would not recommend anyone go to this dealership. The mechanics who diagnostic your car are incompetent. The entire staff is incompetent. They wait until the end of the day to return your call or give you a call back about your truck. Trunk was taken in for needing an alternator replacement. Had to follow up with them multiple times to get the status of the vehicle. Only to get the truck back and it stop due to the alternator not being correctly installed as a result I had to pay to tow my truck back to dealership for them to replace the alternator and a wire. Once I received the truck back after the second alternator being replaced because it shorted out only to find out that now my air conditioner does not work. Now I have to take the truck back and pay for a new compressor that was working fine. After days of waiting yet I again. I’m stuck paying for a compressor and being told 3 different stories about what going on with my truck and what could have happened to the compressor. I can NOT with a good conscious refer this dealership service department to anyone.

I would like to commend two of your employees. I took my Jeep Liberty in for service on 7/15/2025. Two of your employees, Nicki, the service advisor, and Carlos, who shuttled me home were very helpful, Their patience in answering my questions, and their willingness to share their knowledge was more appreciated than they know. They both are a great asset to Napleton River Oaks Jeep.

I purchased a 2025 Jeep today.

I purchased a 2025 Jeep today. My salesman Ed Sanders was absolutely the best . Ed has great customer service skills and was knowledgeable, helpful and he understood what I needed and wanted. If you’re looking to purchase a vehicle go over to Napleton’s in Lansing, IL and ask for Edward(Ed) Sanders. I give them a 10/10 hands down and I was able to start my paperwork at home so it didn’t take my whole day to get my new Jeep, Thanks to Ed.

Excellent service and good customer service.

Excellent service and good customer service. They have a courtsey shuttle that will transport you home within 10 miles while you wait for repairs.
