Scheduled an oil change for my diesel truck for 12 pm.
Scheduled an oil change for my diesel truck for 12 pm. Arrived 15 minutes early and was checked in by Cody. Cody said it may take a little longer than the 1 hour to do the oil change due to employees not showing up for work. I was committed to the time since I have one vehicle and waited in the lobby. After 2 hours I finally went and looked for Cody to find what the heck is going on since he said a little longer? Cody got Oscar who was in charge of my vehicle to talk to me and he said just 10 more minutes. Well at 2:45pm had to back again to service and they finally had truck ready. The dealership communicates very good reminding of appointments but falls flat when giving times to complete etc. Absolutely NO ONE even made an attempt to bring the customer updates! Almost 3 hours to do a SIMPLE oil change

Worst customer service ever.
Worst customer service ever. Lied about work being done when car was not even in garage. No apologies for the lie or lack of service. Don’t bother with appts. You’ll still wait over 2 hrs for an oil change and still not even touched. Will not return to this dealership.

Eddy and Ruben went the extra mile by delivering our vehicle in a very short time on a Saturday evening. Both were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and personable; making the experience of purchasing our vehicle very pleasant. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Larry H. Miller dealership in Albuquerque, especially if Eddy and Ruben are assisting in the process. Buyer beware: Was told my new (used) Toyota Tacoma was ready to pick up after purchasing it only to find out the windshield had not been replaced as promised (had to make a separate visit) and the vehicle hadn't been detailed or fueled yet. I was at the dealership for another 2 hours. When purchasing the vehicle (on a Saturday), we were told that we had to put $500.00 down to hold it but the money would be returned within a week of taking the vehicle. 3 weeks later, it hadn't been returned. It took 3 phone calls to Senior Management to get this resolved. The take away from this experience is that, hey, they got your money, screw the professional conduct and responsibility to keep your word.

Mr. Sweeney, If what i described is your dealerships best efforts, then that does not bode well. If this is indicative of the way Larry H. Miller dealerships operate, I see you getting future negative reviews. I can honestly tell you that my experience has already cost you 3 potential sales. The saying goes " if a customer is treated right, they will tell 2 - 3 people....if a customer is treated poorly, they will tell everybody that they know". I told you on the phone, i'm not done with your dealership.

Best service experience ever--seriously! Luis greeted me promptly and got work on my car started. Technicians identified other problems and quickly contacted me with description and price of needed repairs, which were done in less than 45 minutes. Thanks to Nico Alderete and Luis for overseeing my car's service.
