BEWARE!
BEWARE! Make sure before you leave whatever service needed to be done to your vehicle is actually done. I left my Jeep in November. It was recalled due to the death wobble. Well, apparently they didn’t fix it correctly to find out. They didn’t fix it at all when I took it backthe 2 months later I was informed that nothing had been done to my vehicle because they did not have the part I am flabbergasted they let my family and myself out there on a vehicle that should not have been driven!!!!! My life and my family‘s life is worth three free oil changes. That is what they’re willing to compensate with.!!!!!

I've bought two Jeep Renegades from this dealer, the first model year and then traded that for a 2021, both Trailhawks. I eventually bought a 2023 Renegade Altitude from Lithia in Santa Fe. Both purchases in Albuquerque were typical dealer hassles with all the usual crap they pull. The Lithia purchase was delightful. Sales and customers were laughing all the way through the deal. Service at the Albuquerque Jeep dealer was always an uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. Two televisions going all the time and usually not synced, plus music from the overhead speakers fight the TVs. And always a problem, we don't have time to do that. Make another appointment, even though they were told what needed to be done beforehand. My most recent experience finally taught me I have to go to Santa Fe for everything to do with Jeeps. I brought my 2023 Renegade in for service on December 30, 2023. There was a recall for a minor airbag switch issue, the stop/start stopped working, battery was not fully charging and regular oil change and fluids. The 30th was a Monday, tech said it would probably be Thursday. I said fine, figuring it would be Friday. I had had a long hospital stay after major surgeries and many follow up appointments so had used a lot of favors for rides from friends in 2024. At nearly 80, you don't have many friends left, most have died! So, I had limited rides available to retrieve the car but they all ended on that Friday, January 3. Called Monday the 6th since I had heard nothing. Was told service would call back in a few minutes. Called again on the 8th after no call from service, Asked for the service manager. Was given the "drive" manager since service manager was not available. Drive manager insisted she was the manager. Very sympathetic, many apologies. Service tech went on vacation and did not tell anyone about the car? Pretty preposterous. Don't they have computers just for the purpose of keeping track of other people's property? Drive manager promised car would be ready Friday the 10th, absolutely!! Called Saturday 11th after no word. Phone person, same that passed on previous message, said message would go to Drive manager. Called Monday 13th spoke to Drive manager; she couldn't remember the situation until I gave her a blow by blow. Several times on hold while she checked situation. Eventually, call you back in 45 minutes. Nothing! On the 14th, I get a text from a tech giving a link to track status of vehicle. Status is Arrival, Complete: Inspection, in Progress. texted back, Is this a joke??? Car arrived the 30th of December. Response, I have to make a new repair order, your vehicle should be ready by end of the day. It will be interesting to see if they will deliver the car since I have no rides available to retrieve it. Stay away from L. H. Miller Jeep in Albuquerque.

I called told them I was traveling thru town but wanted
I called told them I was traveling thru town but wanted my transmission fluid checked. He stated yes drive up to the service door and they can do it right away. 3.5 hours later the mechanic comes up to me and says we put a code reader on it no recent codes. I just had codes shut off 3 days in a row by A Ram dealer and Ryles I asked did they do a what I asked for a physical fluid check, no codes showing so now zi wasted half a day and still do not know if the fluid sensors bad and low on fluid. He stated just do not use your cruise control it’s probably causing the issues What the x i highly recommend finding a different service dept

Sales staff and financing department are great.
Sales staff and financing department are great. Where it falls apart is at the service department. Made an appointment to drop off my van for 8:30 am(I'm not a morning person). I got there on time and checked in, it wasn't looked at for hours. Their communication with the customer is non existent! Called at 4pm to check on progress and there wasn't any progress. Was told that my advisor would find out and call me "right back" no call came back. Called again Monday morning at 8:30(I'm still not a morning person) and he hadn't heard anything yet. Another promise to find out and call me back went broken. Went into the dealership in person and was ignored for a half hr after checking in. Finally saw my advisor only to have to tell him why I'm there. Promised once again to get the info I needed and proceeded to disappear again. After another half hr waiting I had to leave for another appointment. Called again and still no info. Went back in person and got a promise of tomorrow end of day at the latest. We'll see.

Luckily, your service department manager saved you guys. She was incredible and got the work done by the next day. I give her 6 stars. She was on vacation when this ordeal started and on her first day back, she was able to get it all taken care of. She deserves a raise. Also, hire more techs!
Recently bought used vehicle from Larry miller Chrysler
Recently bought used vehicle from Larry miller Chrysler in Albuquerque. Got vehicle home and pinion seal is leaking and has been leaking for quite some time based on all the oil residue underneath. Vehicle was supposedly inspected. Vehicle rims were stated to be replaced due to curb rash. Get vehicle home and wash it and paint comes off rim. They didn’t replace they just painted! Buyer beware. This was a 2 yr old vehicle also so it wasn’t cheap. Gave me 7 day temp plate and haven’t recieved any paper work so I can register it in my state. Very frustrated.

Customer BEWARE!
Customer BEWARE! This dealership will NOT take responsibility for any damage or theft of your property while it is under their care, custody, and control. Would you like to know more? I'm a local business owner who needed a potential warranty service for one of our fleet vehicles. (electrical problems with one of our 2018 RAM diesel service trucks) On October 7th 2024 one of our employees dropped our service truck off at the Larry H. Miller dealership on Lomas Blvd. Their task was to troubleshoot and fix the electrical issue, which they did. However when the service was completed they stored our service truck in unsecure part of their lot. When we went to pick up the vehicle on October the 11th, we had discovered that the service body (tooling and equipment boxes) were broken in to by force, and $7000 worth of tooling and equipment were stolen. Our employee has verified that all valuables and equipment were locked away and secured in the service body of the vehicle. When we found out of the theft, we immediately filed a police report. Then tried to call Larry H. Miller for details for the police report and insurance filing. At all requests to speak with the service manager or general manager were denied and ignored. We had left multiple voice mails, with no reply or acknowledgement. The only person we were able to talk too was a service advisor that had told us that Larry H. Miller is NOT responsible for any damages or stolen customer property while your vehicle is under their care, custody, and control. Please beware when leaving your vehicles overnight, this is NOT a secure facility that would safe guard you from potential theft. In fact, their lack of on premise security, or secure storage abilities would probably make this a target for thieves. BUYER BEWARE!
