Fast service knowledgeable salesman
Nice dealership. Helpful and friendly. Our salesman Greg knew quite a bit about the history of the cars we were considering and suggested a few options also. We did not feel rushed and he was very helpful.

Dishonest and very poor customer service. Repairs and installation were done incorrectly. Staff attempt to get the customer to complete the online survey prior to the service being completed, in an attempt to get good reviews.

Dishonest & Very Poor Customer Service.
Service department has very poor customer service. Staff are not honest with the customer. Repairs and installation were done incorrectly. Staff attempt to get the customer to complete the online survey prior to the service, in an attempt to get good reviews. Will not do business with this dealership again.

Great service
Took my Jeep in for first oil change, went smoothly, and quick. Walked to local convenience store and bac, and it was done about 10 minutes later.

Terrible for Service
I went in for a recall repair, oil change and fuel filter change. What a nightmare! They called and said you are all done. When I arrived they charged me and I left and had multiple lights on the dash. When I called back they said oh we know what they forgot.... So I had to go back and sit and wait and another 1:15 later they said I was ready again. They had to reflash the computer and they forgot to hook up a hose on fuel filter. Now my 60,000 truck smells like diesel fuel.

2014 Ram 2500, 30,000 mile service
Very prepared for my visit. Knew my prior visit details and adjusted the service for items already taken care of. Good communication and friendly. Would recommend.
