The professionalism that they show when you arrive, the time my service advisor Trey took to understand our concern, and the explanation/video the service tech, Mateo, provided to us about the service of the vehicle really made us happy that we found autohaus for service of our car. I ran over some white road paint with my black X2.
I ran over some white road paint with my black X2. I was devastated, not knowing how it it could be cleaned. But the detail shop was awesome. All the white paint was cleaned off of the car, even under the fender walls. Totally impressed. While my car was with them, the service department called and told me my car needed an oil change. This is my first BMW, and so far it's been awesome !! Side Note. Also love the video that the service rep texted to me about my car.
