It started out pretty good the car wasn’t in bad shape had a fair price and they were pretty nice as I walked in the door after looking at the car... we sat down and went over numbers he told me it’d take a hour or two do to others waiting also this was about 1:20 so I left and went back to work around 4ish I called for an update and was told they were in meeting and would be out in a few so I waited and text his cell at 445 ish for an update and got my information was higher then expect for lack of being able to do a longer term they don’t really have lenders set up for used cars so why do they sell them? Any who after considering it I was still going to get it told them at 5 i would be there in an hour I arrive and hour later to be told there is no paper work ready and the managers are busy and apparently are the only ones capable of signing papers with me I’m told to wait 45 mins after already sitting there for 30 I refuse to do so as I have plans with my kids and I should of been. Done and out already I left get a text from the salesmen that he wasnts to make it better and will talk to the manager I said okay and wait tell morning. Morning comes for him to make the same offer he did yesterday day but this time they would have papers waiting... I don’t see how it was made right when all they did was do what should of been done in the first place over all this was my worst buying experience and will not be going back as I don’t enjoy my time wasted when it’s easly preventable
Todd, such a nice guy. Helped in test driving multiple cars back to back. Every aspect of the purchase process he made it look pretty simple. Never felt... it’s a time consuming process. Even after the purchase, his tutor skills related technology in the car was excellent. I would definitely rate him as a 5 star.. ¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿
We went to Smart Honda after doing research on the right vehicle for our needs. We decided on the Honda Pilot, but were unsure on what trim level to choose.... Our salesperson, Syerra Niday, was great to work with. She helped to explain the differences, and did not try to sway our decision to the higher priced model; rather helped us to explore the differences to make the right choice. Although she is a new salesperson she worked hard to get all the info we needed. We're very satisfied with our purchase and very happy to have worked with Syerra.

We went in looking to trade our Honda Pilot for the Honda Odyssey and had Todd as our dealer. He did an amazing job helping us get the right car and deal... that we were looking for. I would definitely use him again if I were to make another purchase.
I went into Smart Honda to look at buying my first car and Todd was not only extremely helpful and informative but made the whole process very painless... for a first time buyer!
We were looking to purchase a used car for my son. We have been a Honda owner for last 15 years and purchased 3 new vehicles from this dealership over... the last 9 years. We have 4 Honda's now and have always had them serviced at this location. ---My wife went into the dealership to look at a used car for my son and the sales person stated since we are "return customers" he would take off another $100, fill the gas tank up and give us a free oil change. I emailed the sales person and his manager that I thought after buying 3 new cars there and spending over $3,000 year on service bills & tires they could do better than $100 extra off. Guess what, neither the sales person or manager every responded to me. --We ended up buying a used Toyota Camry from another dealership who was great to work with. They even filled up the gas tank without us asking! --I guess Smart Honda is a great place to buy a new car and get it serviced but when it comes to any complaints they are NOT the best place for responding. --Thus, I will now be looking at Toyota, Chevy or Ford for our next vehicles. Also, no more getting our vehicles serviced at Smart Honda since they are not getting anymore $$ of ours.
Very happy with this dealer no pressure very easy to negotiate a fair price for new car and my trade value whole process took less than two hours . Matt... C. was very professional and easy to work with .
