Horrible dealership, stay away

Horrible experience, anyone driving from out of state or farther away, stay far away from this dealership. Called ahead to make sure vehicle was there. Once arrived they told me the vehicle had been hit and had damage to the front, they never told me this when I had called ahead. Even after all of this when I had stated I still had interest in the van and when it was repaired and if they would have anyway to lower the price because of the damage due to the new crash they instead were going to raise the price. This smells like a complete scam. Stay far away from this dealership.

No responses to emails.

No responses to emails. They reached out timely initially, to which I responded, and then I received no response back. They sent a few emails from the same generic email address and no one ever answered my questions. Very poor service.

Terrible communication.

Terrible communication. Initial emails and online messages not answered or did not respond to my question about setting up a test drive. When I called about the car, the sales person or receptionist said she would have to see if the car was there and would call me back. I didn’t get a call back until I sent an email about poor communication. When they called back the car was supposedly at the Volvo dealer getting a new windshield. Sent another email asking about all of the poor reviews of the dealership and that I would need proof that they actually have the vehicle before I would schedule a test drive. 7 days later and no confirmation that they have the car. At this point there is no way I would set foot in the dealership. There is a reason there are so many bad reviews—they are true. Look for a car elsewhere.

They had a car listed online that I inquired about.

They had a car listed online that I inquired about.. someone contacted me about it wanting to get me to come by to test drive.. come to find out: 1) she was an internet sales person who knew nothing about the car and didn't even work there and 2) the car had NO TRANSMISSION!! The car couldn't even start even if I WANTED to test drive. The on-site salesman, Aaron was great btw.. he was open and honest and did his best to accommodate. I just wish they stop baiting people to come by just to switch up and push something else! Or just advertise vehicles like that as mechanic specials.. I feel they would move faster

Buyer Beware

I was in negotiations to buy a certified 2023 Nissan Rogue SL. The price of the vehicle was fine. I had used their online trade in calculator on value. They offered 2000 dollars less than their trade in calculator. I felt they were shady. I bailed on the deal.

It's never been so hard to try to buy something!

My experience with Nicole Dixon from Western Avenue Nissan is perhaps the worst experience in customer service and communication I have ever experienced. After spending a considerable amount of time going back and forth on the details of a car as well as providing detailed information on a trade-in, Nicole was supposed to follow-up with confirmation and set-up a time for me to come to the dealership. After 24 hours of several unanswered texts, phone calls and emails I reached out to the dealership to see if there was some one else I could work with. Three different people at the dealership told me that someone would follow-up and that never happened. After 48 hours of no communication I finally received a reply stating Nicole would "check with her manager" and then came back to tell me that the car had been sold. What a complete waste of my time and energy. I would encourage the management team at Western Ave Nissan to make changes to their "sales" team and I hope that this information helps others avoid this waste of time and energy.

Technology impaired with terrible customer service

I inquired about a vehicle that had no photos. I asked for photos and the condition of the car. I received several automated marketing emails immediately that had no additional information on the vehicle, just asking if I wanted it, offering to answer questions, etc... Yet my questions were not answered. The email that seemed most pointed to an actual person was responded to asking for photos. No response. Followed up a couple days later, response was unprofessional in just saying "no pictures yet." I responded with how ridiculous it is for a dealership in this day of technology to fail to have photos and that I refuse to purchase from such a place and with such unprofessional attitude as a seemingly large place. Their response: "great! Thank you for your time." this is beyond sad, there is no customer service, no tech support, no common abilities to add photos or treat customers you want business from with at least some interest in making the same. Black marked for me to ever buy from them and will share with all I know to avoid them.
