Helpful Service Dept.

The service department offers a great atmosphere and nice waiting area. Service advisor, Brandon Wells always keeps me informed of specials and maintenance services. Service technicians are awesome at finding solutions for wear and tear regarding my Sorrento.

Gossett Kia and Brandon in Service TO THE RESCUE!

Bought a disabled sibling a clean low-mileage 2015 Kia in Texas on a Friday. He was headed to Delaware on Sunday and the car wouldn't start 20 miles from Memphis after a gas fill up. Kia Roadside arranged for a tow to Gossett (love that warranty!) and first thing Monday morning, I called Brandon in service. He got the car checked promptly, called me with the repairs needed (just a battery) and had the car ready by lunch. My sibling was in a hotel 4 miles away and wasn't comfortable calling a cab. Understanding the situation, Brandon picked him up in the repair car at the motel. I can't thank the Gossett team enough for being my brother's angel today!

Rude and Slow Service

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change first thing in the morning. I arrived right on time and walked into the service department. One older gentlemen was busily working on paperwork and pretty much ignored me for about 10 minutes when Brandon Walls walked in and told him to leave that and wait on the customer. He quickly checked me in after that. I waited almost 2 hours (which is what I've experienced each service for an oil change) and got up to see if my car was almost done. My car was already on the completed line and I wasn't notified of service completion. While waiting to ask about my car I had to listen to Brandon Walls talking to a customer on the phone and being very demeaning and irritated with the lady. He was extremely rude in dealing with her issue and had a non caring tone with her. I have experienced his lack of customer service almost every time I come in. I am seriously considering finding a new service center to do my servicing needs which I purchased with the vehicle. This to seems to make you a second class customer because they have to do extra work of getting an authorization number for your service coupon. I cant recommend this service department unless you plan on dropping off your car and coming back later in the day.

Excellent Service

Great Job friendly service it was a fun experience. The salesman was very nice and I enjoyed talking with him. I would recommend other to shop there.

Service Advisors need customer service training!

Worse customer service experience I have every had at a Kia dealership courtesy of one service advisor, Brandon Wells. Brandon was obviously having a bad day, week or year and wanted everyone to feel his pain. Well, he did a great job of making me feel like my service was not wanted. Glad I don't live in the area and hopefully will not have to visit ever again. Bad representation for the company as a whole. Thank you to Donnie Luck for trying to make my family smile :)

Awesome

Denese and JT really know how to make you feel welcome and at home. I feel comfortable enough with the team that I have referred several people. The time it took 8+ hours can be shortened but overall it wad worth it.

Oil Change

Had a appt for 12pm but got there a lol earlier still was seen didn't have to wait until 12pm excellent services very helpful was told on everything they done to my 2015 optima and what services I need on next visit..

Registered Nurse

Working with Mr. Quincy Odom at Gossett Kia is always the BEST. Quincy really cares about his customers and goes 10,000 extra miles for his customers. The Finance Department is great as well. Go see Quincy when you are shopping for a new car,you will be glad you did!
