I bought an "as is" Jeep from this dealership and, yes, I

I bought an "as is" Jeep from this dealership and, yes, I am very aware what that entails; however, no one said a word about the latent defects. In this case, makes the car undrivable. "As is" is more of a physical defect, which is understandable. There was nothing said about this jeeps' thermostat being taken out, so during the test drive the gage didn't move, I didnt think about that. I bought the vehicle and drove it to work for 3 days and it started running hot. Immediately I had it inspected and after 3 mechanics and hundreds of dollars it had been determined to be a head gasket; which as you know is thousands of dollars. I wanted to WARN anyone buying a used vehicle from here to do the research go to a trusted mechanic have your own inspection done because this place obviously will not fix major issues leaving you with a broke down car and a large car payment. I do not know how not only the dealership owner nor the sales associate that sold the "as is" jeep, because he made sure to let me know that they would not fix any of the physical defects but did not feel obligated to say anything about the thermostat, or even the service department letting the car sit on the lot with that type of defect. What if it was one of their daughters or wife that bought this vehicle. I have a stricked budget, being a mom of 5. I dont have $4,000.00 sitting around to fork out on a car if I did I would have fixed the one I had. Now here i am having no vehicle, a big car payment and no way to save a down payment to buy another. My credit is just now back good and so I dont want to turn it in and it affect my credit. I am just disappointed with the dishonesty this dealership has!! Its sad at what this country has become. Everyone is out for money and doesnt care who is effects! HAVE THE VEHICLE INSPECTED BEFORE YOU BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (SIDE NOTE: They missed a sale on a new 2025 dodge truck my Dad bought, hate that for this dealership)

Do not plan to go here to buy a vehicle.

Do not plan to go here to buy a vehicle. They are very dishonest. They lied to me to get me to purchase a vehicle that has body damage. Four different people have lied to me about the same negotiation that I made with the sales manager. I believe in God and I know that the way that they treat people will come back to them. I do not see how they still in business. They have quite a rap sheet with the better business bureau.

There lies.

There lies. Said they had a vehicle there on there lot right upto 30 minutes before I got there. Even sent me a price reduction. Got there. Vehicle not there. Then they tried to place me in a vehicle . Didn't listened to any thing I said about vehicle I was looking fir, budget I was trying to stay in. Waisted my time. Won't ever shop there again.

Brought my daughters Jeep in for service as the check

Brought my daughters Jeep in for service as the check engine light was on. The Service Advisor calls me to tell me that the issue was that the previous service was wrong and some hoses were disconnected. When asked where I got the service done I explained that it was done by them. The Service advisor said "Oh that's not good". When I picked up the Jeep, the dealership charged me to fix their mistake. When I complained about it I was told that I was responsible for the payment. I paid the bill and went and asked to speak with the General Manager. I was told he was out and a General Sales Manager explained that he would talk with the Service Manager in the morning and give me a call. I have yet to receive a call from the Manager. This is the second time I have had issues with this service department. The Communication from the Service Department is horrible.

Have bought several vehicles from Five Star over the

Have bought several vehicles from Five Star over the years and most recently two weeks ago. Marcus and sales Department were awesome to work with on finding the exact truck that I wanted. Their patience was second to none as I am very particular about my trucks, they worked with me until we found exactly what I wanted and worked with me to fit in my budget! Five Star Jeep has serviced my Jeep Grand Cherokee

Five Star Jeep has serviced my Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland for the last 3 years, since I moved to Warner Robins. If I could give no stars, I would. Their lack of communication is inexcusable. Customer service is obviously not a priority. They want me to spend another $1,300.00 on PM work. How likely is that going to happen when I have had this experience, let alone purchase a vehicle from them. 10/1/22 – Brakes replaced and flushed brake system - $1,241.26. 6/16/23 – Reported screeching noise. Asked service to check front and rear brakes. They did PM work and recommended new tires - $1,023.13. Still screeching. 7/22/23 – Purchased 4 new tires. Screeching did not stop. 7/29/23 – Took vehicle in because steering wheel and entire vehicle shakes when braking. Screeching noise continues. I was told rotors are scarred and there was debris in brake system - $487.41. 11/1/23 – Took vehicle in for oil change and was told tie rod end was broken. Reported screeching noise continues. Service writer told me that one of the tire sensors on rear driver’s side did not correct and shows no air. Told me to call next day if it did not correct. When I got home, I noticed a dent in the car that was not there when I brought it in. 11/2/23 – Called service, no one answered, left message. Did not mention dent because I figured they would not return the call. 2 weeks go by no return call. Called main number and a lady answered. I told her about the sensor and dent. She tells me she will let someone know and have them return the call. No response. I wait another 2 weeks, leave a voice mail message. No response. 3 weeks later, I left a voice mail message for the General Manager and explained the dent and the constant screeching since June. No response. I have a new job and work 6 days a week in Macon and it is not possible to go by the dealership unless I take off work. The screeching continues, not even when braking. It is more prevalent after it has been driven a while and even when turning corners. When it was first reported, the service writer sarcastically said, “If I go out there right now, is it going to do this all the time.” I replied, “YES”. This has been going on since June. I have done everything they have asked me to do and it is still an issue. I want that dent fixed because it happened while they were servicing the car.

This place is the worst on service.

This place is the worst on service. Took our car 2 months and was suppose to be a 2 week job. 2 months later my car is in same spot and griffin lying to us everyday that our car would be ready the next day. Horrible management not to check behind their advisors. Now I'm her free to get my money back and nobody know nothing...I need someone from upper management to give me a call. ASAP. I have still been paying car notes and insurance still being paid and nobody care at all ..BAD BUSINESS

Service dept

Dropped off the vehicle on a Tuesday morning for service and recall. The technician said they will take a look at it on Thursday and it should be done on Friday. I called a couple of times to get a status but received the runaround (short staffed, 80 something vehicles waiting to be worked on, etc). They said they would call me back later or the next day with the status. I never received communication from the dealership about the vehicle until I showed up the next week on Wednesday. Continued to get the runaround but they would call me later that afternoon with a status. That was the first time that I actually got a phone call when they said they would and it was done the following day almost a week later than they original estimate. One of the technicians said this is how they normally run things. Hey, here's an idea take in less vehicles so you can catch up and people's vehicles won't sit there for a week and a half to 2 weeks.

Service department is the worst

Avoid the service department here at all costs. Griffin Mathis is extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely incompetent. Expect to be overcharged without getting your problem fixed. Griffin lied about when my car was ready and is extremely rude to customers. Took him over a week and a half to work on my car and did not fix the problem. Took it to a new service place and the problem was identified within 5 minutes. Griffin was too lazy to actually look for what may be causing a problem and charged me over $700 for nothing. They have zero sense of urgency in working on your vehicle. It will sit in the shop for a long time before they even touch it. Extremely deceptive practices and incompetent workers. Other reviews say the same. It is well known to be the worst service center in Warner Robins. The copy and paste replies to negative reviews shows how much they care.
