I believe Hatch Toyota Dealership of Showlow Az is the best Dealership in northern Az, no pressure, lots of choices, I lieve in Flagstaff, drove the two hours to Showlow, it’s well worth the trip.

I was contacted via phone in regards to an alert I setup to notify me of a price drop on a truck. The salesman called me within minutes to get me to come and look at the truck, he said he would have it pulled up front and everything. When we showed up for the appointment of course the truck wasn't anywhere to be found. He quickly took us to an upgraded version which we did end up liking. We were told the internet pricing, told we were very lucky because we qualified for the .9% and 1.9% financing. Then we go back to financing to sign the docs. The bumped the price up $5000 And said we don't get the special incentives because of the low interest financing. We still think it's a good deal and sign. Move forward a week and we get the surprise phone call that we don't qualify for the low interest because we don't have a comparable vehicle purchase. Although our credit and income was enough. Then we are told we needed to get into a different vehicle that's $5000 less with 50,000 miles on it...ummmm NO. I demanded they honor the internet pricing and incentives if they aren't going to give us the low interest we originally signed for. Hatch Toyota should change their saying of "We won't lose a deal over a dollar" to "we will tell any lie to make a dollar". We were misled from the start. We had issues with our first vehicle purchase there years ago, but we were promised that things had changed. Nothing changed, they lie and manipulate to trap people. Read all reviews and complaints including the ones on the better business bureau before doing business with Hatch Toyota

I am 79 years old and have had many opportunities to deal with various dealers. Past experiences have ranged from somewhat pleasant to miserable. I recently purchased a Toyota Highlander from Hatch Toyota in ShowLow. . Seth Gaston, General Manager and Tyler Laird, Product Specialist, with their positive attitude and professional demeanor made my experience enjoyable and satisfying. I will certainly be a return customer.

I appreciate the facilities being well maintained and pleasant. I was Timothy Guthrie was a professional in neat appearance polite competent and is a good representative for Hatch Toyota. Timothy listened to my situation, asked appropriate questions and provided a more than satisfactory facilitation by researching then having two perfectly suited choices displayed for me to look at and test drive.
