I rated this dealership & Sales Consultant as 5 Stars based on how I was treated. In addition to researching Subaru I checked Honda & Toyota products. The Subaru Superstore in Chandler was by far more accommodating & respectful. My Sales Rep, David Griffin, was patient with my many questions. He was knowledgeable & did not try to bluff me (I had some test questions ready & he passed :-)), As a widow over 60 I am always expecting the dreaded (& hated) 'little lady' treatment. I experienced none of that with David (AKA Griz).

Even without an appointment they got me back on the road in less than 2 hours.

Representative kept me informed. Loved the video inspection. I’ll be back for more service.

I have always enjoyed exceptional service from ALL the staff at Chandler Subaru Superstore David “Gritz” Griffin continued the superior service. He took the time to show me the features of the vehicle and pointed out some that I was not familiar with. He thoroughly explained the purchase process, answered all my questions and anticipated some I didn’t even know I had. Even when I dropped by a few days after the purchase, he took the time to help me even though I belatedly realized he was working with another client. I felt he treated me as part of the Subaru “family” and not just a customer. I bought my first Subaru here 6 years ago and when my son started looking for a replacement for me I told him I wanted a Subaru from chandler Subaru superstore because of the excellent service I have received from every department

Speedy courteous service. Agent kept me informed about what was going on via videos and one on ones.

David delivered what we wanted at a price we were willing to pay. He didn't try to sell us more than we wanted. Very good experience.

I purchased my first Subaru from the Superstore of Chandler and overall it was an excellent experience. From the moment we walked into the lot, Jack greeted us and ensured us if we needed any help they could assist. I ended up test driving a Forester and Ascent with Griz and felt completely comfortable at ease with no pressure to make an immediate decision. After visiting other local dealers and test driving a few other vehicles, I settled on a Forester a week later. We returned to the Chandler location and Kris ended up helping us find a great deal on a touring trim. Brian, in finance, walked through all the paperwork and it was a very easy process. From start to finish this was the least stressful car buying experience we've had and I will absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a Subaru in the future. Thank you Jack, Griz, Kris and Brian for being such a pleasure to work with!
