Worst dealership I have dealt with. Had 9 check engine...
Worst dealership I have dealt with. Had 9 check engine lights on my 2nd WRX and dragging feet to fix. Gave me xxxxty lowball offer on trying to trade in and go to STI after such a poor experience. Went from subi fan boy to not a Subaru in a hurry with poor service like that. Even Subaru Corporate stated they accidentally forgot about me after 2 months. I had moved on by that point.

It has been over a decade since I last had to go through the new care buying experience, and that was not fun. This time, we were lucky enough to find ourselves at Subaru Superstore of Chandler and even more fortunate to work with Tom Darby. Shopping for a new car with no new cars on any lot was weird. Tom provided excellent advice from the start. We checked out every other dealership in town to verify that Tom was arranging the best deal possible as long as we could be patient. That says a lot about him. It says a lot about the dealership too. Others were charging $4000 to $5000 more just because they could (their words) in this market. We will definitely be back in the future.

The last time I purchased a new car was in 2009, so quite a few things have changed...! I was pretty sure I wanted to go with Subaru, though Tom was very helpful in narrowing it down to my dream of an Outback. While there was a bit of a wait due to current inventory issues, Tom made the buying process seamless once my car arrived. We had the necessary paperwork and steps taken care of ahead of time to make finance agreements a breeze, and I drove away an hour and a half after getting there! The whole team worked together seamlessly to make it an easy and enjoyable buying experience. Highly recommend this dealership over others around town!
