A little less than a month ago, I went to buy a truck.

A little less than a month ago, I went to buy a truck. I paid way too much money for it. The very next day, I took it to my mechanic just to make sure everything was okay — and it turns out it wasn’t. There are several issues, including electrical codes and a bad alternator. I returned it to the dealer to have it fixed, and all they did was ERASE THE CODES. They didn’t actually fix anything. When I took it back to my mechanic, he confirmed that no repairs had been done — just a cover-up by erasing the codes. I’ve called the dealer multiple times since, and to this day, they have not offered any real solution. It’s exhausting having to chase them down constantly. I live far from the dealership, and they know this, yet they’ve done absolutely nothing to help or make this right. My mechanic has told me the truck is not safe to drive and that using it could make the situation worse. Still, the dealer has done nothing. No help, no accountability — just silence. I’m beyond disappointed and completely done with the runaround. I would not recommend anyone go to this dealer. All they’ve caused me is stress, wasted time, and a major headache.. Not to mention the price listed on their website is completely different from what you get at the dealership. Totally disappointing.

I purchased my new Jeep at another dealership as at the

I purchased my new Jeep at another dealership as at the time they were the only one who had the color, options, price and gave me more than fair trade in but a light came on that was not taken seriously by that dealer ( they just reflashed and updated computer) and sent me on my way. The light came on again within 30 miles and I took it to Ziegler and they found a fried wire ( they were surprised it didn't set off the side airbag) and fixed it quickly for the severity of the repair. I am very impressed and happy with the service advisor, Steven Avila and the service mechanics at Ziegler of Downers Grove. I also brought my Ram RV there last fall for oil and a recall fix and was treated just as well by Steven and the crew then also. Top rating for me.

Service dept treated me well after having to return with

Service dept treated me well after having to return with my truck several times to address multiple issues and complex electrical problems I’ve been experiencing since I’ve owned the truck purchased Jan 2012. Paul and Paige have treated me very well. Although it was inconvenient to have to return multiple times The dealership treated me with respect and worked diligently to solve the issues. I’m so very thankful the I elected to purchase the life time warranty.
