Extremely dissatisfied
We drove 120 miles to test drive a Nissan Altima. We called ahead to make sure the car was in good condition and there would be no surprises. SURPRISE! The car has 3000 more miles than listed on the internet was dirty, smelled like cigarette smoke and had dings in the rear passenger door. Bravo! You just lost a sale!

Best Experience
This experience by far was the best one I have had in a long time from a dealership. I normally just shop at my local dealership for a car but decided to change it up and see what else is out there. When I walked into zeigler, they greeted me right away and took care of me. I will be coming back from now on.

I came in looking for a used car since that's what I thought I can only afford. I told them my credit wasn't that great and I didn't want high payments or have a big down payment. they worked with me to get me into a new car for low payments and I have to say I am very pleased with the sales team.

Sold me a smashed lemon
Purchased a challenger scat pack. I have and nothing but trouble. Asked if it had been in a accident and dealership stated it had not and showed me a car fax report. I have now learned my car was severely damaged and the dealership will do nothing to help you. People don't return phone calls. Follow up and taking care of customers is not top of mind with dealership. Whish they would have called me as many times as they did when I was thinking about buying a car. Actually thinking of contacting a attorney. Stay away and save yourself a headache......
