Ernesto Sosa and Carlos was amazing and got me a trade on my 2023 Chevrolet Equinox to a brand new 2026 Chevrolet Equinox. They gave me such a good deal on my purchase with a good price go to them for your purchase they’re awesome to work with. This is the second purchase here in two years and I can’t say enough good things.

My 25 year old car couldn't make it to Orlando for me to

My 25 year old car couldn't make it to Orlando for me to purchase my first ever new car. (I just turned 65!). Scott Schuler, from Starling GMC Buick referred me to an expert in his field, Mr. Pedro Hernandez. He was more than willing to help me, always personable and friendly. We did the whole hassle-free transaction on-line and over the phone. Pedro took care of everything, including delivery! Thank you Mr. Hernandez for making my first new car purchase a memorable and satisfying experience.

I went into the dealership prequalified as a WELL

I went into the dealership prequalified as a WELL qualified buyer. Finance or cash whichever was the best deal. Approaching the dealership was suffocating as I was rushed by 6 sales people all trying to be the one. I was connected to Trent a pleasant and easy to talk with sales rep. We discussed left over 2024 trail boss that was not exactly what I wanted but would consider if the price was attractive. We met with finance whom only showed me 3 payment options in a very concealed fashion. I repeatedly asked have all my eligible discounts and incentives in fee and explained to determine which could be applied and which could not. That was not done. More of the “look over here” sleight of hand technique. Regardless the vehicle was not ideal and I said I wanted to look at their website of inventory. I did find a vehicle at a competitor which was closer to ideal. But Starling did have an RST diesel Z71 on the website. Which is still there almost one month later. As we had already met in person I reached out via text and phone to request details and pricing on the above mentioned truck. 4 text requests. First no reply. Second request I was told the primary finance manager was off for the day. I get that. But they would have Edward Wolf reach out same day. He did not! As a qualified buyer giving strong I AM DEFINITELY BUYING A VEHCILE! I am absolutely amazed no one followed up to close that deal. Because of that negative experience I went to a competitor which sold me a 2025 Diesel Trail Boss which was actually my second choice. We did the entire transaction via phone and email. Which lead to an easy drop off of the old vehicle and pickup of the new truck. I should mention in my text conversation this is what I said “ I need your offer in the red truck. Another dealer has a vehicle I’m Interested in. But I am trying to give you the opportunity “ Very poor experience. I do not recommend Starling. It was not less money and not a family experience.

I have tried for weeks, called and left messages, tried

I have tried for weeks, called and left messages, tried going through the sales person, tried calling, tried going through website and they REFUSE to call me back. You buy a 130K car and they don't care to even act like you're valuable. All I wanted was a call from finance to cancel my service contracts. Nothing. I know where i won't be buying something again

Carlos G was amazing in helping getting me into the 2025

Carlos G was amazing in helping getting me into the 2025 Equinox EV with the exact trim and features I wanted. He was efficient and easy to work with through the process. Erick in finance was great and made sure we were through the prices as easily as possible. Would totally recommend this dealership and these folks to anyone.
