Rip off lert These people tried to rip me off with a 5500 add on for market conditions…. Rip off and false advertising This place and advertising is highly misleading… they said they could add the 5500 market condition fee, plus dealer fee , plus other fees… they are a joke and you will probably lose thousands buying a car here… rip off alert My name is Cliff Lewis …

This could have been 5 stars. I like the car a lot. Purchased the warranty and maintenance plans. I was promised a call to let me know how the plans worked. Never got it. Shame they went from my preffered dealer to just another car sales.

I bought a 2020 Chevy Traverse from Starling Chevrolet. I have a tick in my car that is very loud. Everyone that get in my car ask what that noise is Starling and GM said it was normal. I’m embarrassed that people think I bought a brand new car that sounds like there is something wrong with the engine. Never again will I purchase a car from Starling. Their service department sucks. I am so glad I did not purchase their service warranty plan. Buyer beware.

Unbelievable! Following my recent negative review on the noise my 2020 Traverse makes, Starling Chevy replied to call them to try and rectify the issue. When I called, Ron Cella Service Director, said he had no idea who would have sent the response. He did say there is an issue but GM/Starling will not authorize a repair. I urge buyers to keep this in mind when shopping for a Chevy. After sales service is as or more important than the sale. Starling Chevy gets a "0" on customer service. Buyers remorse.

Disappointing! Our 2020 Traverse began making a clicking fan noise from the engine shortly after purchase. GM/Starling said this can happen and is not a defect. At idle the electric fuel pump can be heard clicking by passengers and I have to explain why my good looking new car sounds like it has a bad valve. If and when this happens be aware that they will not repair the car!! "They" know it may happen but did not advise me. I'm betting Walker Starlings SUV would be repaired. I'm Looking forward to getting rid of this GM/Starling disappointment. After sale satisfaction, good customer service and honesty.... Not this time.
