We were in contact with a sales representative about a

We were in contact with a sales representative about a particular vehicle. The rep assured us the vehicle was ready to be test driven. We specifically told the rep multiple times that we are coming from Tallahassee Fl and wanted to make certain the vehicle was ready to be picked up if we liked it. We were assured this would happen. So we took off work, left super early, drove 4.5 hrs, got there at 9am, and to our surprise, the car was just taking to the VW dealership and won't be ready for another 8 days. One of the managers had the nerve to say, when it's ready I can come back or they'll try to meet me halfway. This is unacceptable in any/every way possible. Needless to say, we enjoyed the day off.

The worst place to buy a car from.

The worst place to buy a car from. They sold me something and after 2 weeks of having it I have problems with it. It's all xx about the cars being inspected before they sale them, if that was the case mine would not of pass. The sales person is all about making a buck and not caring after the sale. Buyers be ware. It was a xxxx show for me. Check out my Google review

My daughter took her car in for warranty work

My daughter took her car in for warranty work Thanksgiving week in 2023. They hemmed and hawed about getting it covered under a recall that was expiring. They delayed seeing her until after it did expire. It was finally about 80% covered, and she got her car back January 17, over six weeks after dropping it off. She lost her job in the meantime and delayed a planned relocation. No rental assistance was offered. The car lasted one day before transmission issues reappeared.

Got an oil change/tire rotation, they completely shredded one of my lug nuts off and didn?t tell me. Then refused to pay for it next time I got service and found it.
